We had a wonderful 1 night Stay- wish we could have stayed long and would definitely come back! Family suite is 2 separate rooms, 2 double beds and one single; with 2 separate shower rooms. Perfect for 5 people. The breakfast including (sweet Italian) was a lovely touch and perfect before a long journey. Perfect location - 5 mins from train station- 20 mins walk to trevi/Spanish steps and 20 mins to colloseum. 5-10 minute taxi and only €13. Great value and great host in the B&B. Really lovely stay and would 100% go back. Super comfortable big beds.

Nothing - great stay!

Very conveniently located to the train station to allow for an early morning departure. The property and rooms were spotless and tidy, and while ‘no frills’, very comfortable and great value for money. The reception isn’t staffed 24/7 because it’s a small B&B, but we had great communication from them and support at check in / check out with no issues at all.

There is a tram that runs just outside at various hours but the hotel provides ear plugs for free and honestly it didn’t bother us at all.

We were given a two-bedroom B&B with two bathrooms. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the facilities were beyond expectations. Mr. Linto was an excellent host and helped us a great deal, he guided us for our city tour and the breakfast, though simple was simply delicious. The b&b is extremely well maintained, and Beatrice (the owner) provided us with all the information we needed to reach the stay on time. The bathroom was really clean and hot water was also available. There are also jet sprays in all washrooms. Overall best stay in Rome and 4-minute walk from the Roma Termini station!

This apartment offered great value for money. We arrived from Australia at about 9.30am, very tired. While our room wasn't ready. We were able to offload our luggage, change our cloths, and use the rest room before heading out for the day to walk off our jetlag. We knew we were a descent walk from the main attractions but close to the Train Station. Rome requires you to walk, regardless of where you stay. The rooms were lovely. My family of five were very comfortable. The street appeal / stairs belie the sweetness of the rooms once you're upstairs. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. By the second day, our somewhat reserved host know that I like one espresso at the beginning and another one towards the end. We were very happy here.

Location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere and were close to the station when we left. The hosts were wonderful. They allowed us to check in late (for a small fee) and gave us an Easter chocolate😊. The breakfast is great, freshly made coffee each morning. The bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of food options close by.

Only minor point but if you have the room with a private external bathroom you may have to walk past the breakfast room in the morning and can be tricky in the dark at night. But it also wasn't too much of a hassle.

The room although small is charming and well decorated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good toast, croissant, yoghurt, fruit coffee, juice. Lindo manages the 6 bedroom B&B efficiently. Location is fantastic as its near the Rome termini station and all the wonderful attractions of Colosseum, Trevor fountain, Spanish steps less than 30 minutes stroll away.

The bathroom is across the bedroom. Have to exit out of the bedroom to go to the bathroom. It is a generous size bathroom.

The place is near Roma Termini, which will save you a lot of time on your way back to airport, or if you are thinking to change cities. The apartment is clean, the breakfast is delicious and the staff was really kind, helpful and friendly! Their cleaned the rooms everyday, and everything was just in place! We stayed 5 nights, I highly recommend!

Everything was perfect!

Super clean and a convenient location. Staff anticipated all my needs. Water in the room was a pleasant bonus.

Bathroom was not in the room but across the hall. We were however informed about the bathroom beforehand. Immaculately clean with plenty of towels. Not really a negative.

Sorry I didn't get the hosts name he was so friendly told us where to go gave us a map we used religiously was always happy to help with smile. Bed was so comfy we had the external private bathroom was only a few steps away from room so don't let it put you off. Location is amazing couldn't have asked for better location for price. Breakfast simple but filling coisants and toast boiled eggs yoghurt cereal good little start to day amazing stay would highly recommend

I liked the location of the B&B, most attractions are within walking distance. For Vatican City there is an underground close by. I liked my room it was cozy and very spacious! The shower had a great water pressure. Even though it is a B&B, I didn't feel intimidated when I stayed there alone after my family left earlier. Rooms were cleaned everyday, towels and bed sets were changed daily. For breakfast we had coffee with warm pastries and yogurt, not a lot, but it was nice. Check out was at 10:30, but my flight wasn't until 17:20, but I was able to leave my suitcase at the property until 14:00 and had help with the taxi. An apartment has five ensuite rooms, so it is great if you are travelling with family and/or friends.

Something to bear in mind if room windows face the main street, then it will be noisy from the tram at night.
