The room was fantastic, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ended up having a lot of questions prior to my stay and there were very accommodating. While we were in the city, we used public transportation to get around and the City Guest House, was close to the station. They were even able to help us get transportation to the airport since we were leaving too early to take the train. I would definitely stay again next time I am in Rome.

You do have to check-in in person, but the staff is very friendly and accommodating, it was no problem at all. They made it very easy.

The hotel met all my expectations. The staff is very friendly and everyone is in a good mood. Cristina greets you with a smile and provides all the important information. The cleaners are quick and clean the room every day. The pillows and bed are very comfortable. The room has everything you need, the bathroom is clean with the necessary cosmetics, even a hairdryer. Every morning you get new tea, sugar and coffee. The metro station is a two-minute walk from the hotel and there are bars, restaurants and fruit shops all around, and very nice people. The hotel is 8 stops from the Termini metro station and 11 pages from the Vatican. Perfect stay.

Very good choice for value of money, compared to other accommodations in Rome. It was very clean, comfortable, staff very nice, available and accommodating! We slept very good, as it was a quiet area. I 100% recommend it.

For me personally, the location was a bit far. The metro is really close so thats good, but it takes 15 mins with metro and then another 13 or so walking to reach the Colosseum. It doesn’t sound that bad but if you want to see everything, that metro ride gets old. 😅 Of course this is not the hotel’s fault, just a preference, which is of course justified by the good price. Also, it was a bit hot in the room, I was told that the building needs to turn the A/C on. It was fine at 30 degrees but probably not for hotter temperatures, so watch out for that.

Comfortable stay at a clean apartment. We requested 2 single beds and this was granted. Easy enough to check in and obtain the key. Close to the metro station too and decent restaurants nearby. We went to a Japanese restaurant and a gelato place (which was amazing).

While we were close to a metro station, it took just over 30mins to get into central Rome where all the main attractions are so bear this in mind when planning tours etc. but this did not affect our trip too much. The AC in the room didn't work great either and the shower wasn't very good.

The room was clean and spacious, in a good location close to the underground (in 20 mins you can reach Roma Termini train station), restaurants, and coffee shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. A welcome pack for breakfast was provided, which was a nice touch. There’s also a terrace and a small kitchen with basic utensils, a microwave, and a fridge. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would happily stay here again!

Clean, well appointed, large rooms, good shower, safe neighborhood, excellent balcony with inspiring views, close to subway station, excellent restaurants, coffee shops and commerce nearby The staff is outstanding! I would go again!

It's a bit far, once the elevator broke, there is no reception after 6 pm. Mattress is a bit hard, even it's very quiet and private, one neighbor had a sort of late evening party and no one could help me

This is an excellent gust house, room was super clean, comfortable, and with good air contindion. Staff was very friendly and the location was very well connected. They also offer a lovely, wide terrace where you can have breakfast or any way spend some quiet time if you wish.

The only issue I would have if I were visiting Rome on holidays is that the location is not super central, but as I said it is very well connected through the Metro A. It only takes about 30' to reach the city centre with the Metro. Unfortunately they're doing works now so it will be closing at 9pm for the next few months I believe, so you would better check that before you book. When it'll be back to fully operational, metro A will close at 11pm on weekdays, and 1am on weekends.

Cute little room with a lovely balcony, located a short walk to a metro station. Although there isn't a fridge in your room, there is a communal fridge which is helpful. The restaurant and wine bar downstairs have a great local feel, so you really feel like you're staying in a real neighbourhood in Rome.

It would've been nice if the communal kitchen had typical 'staple' ingredients, ie. olive oil, salt/pepper.

The managers Christina and Maria are incredible. They are very kind, hospitable and always willing to cater to our needs. They not only booked us transfer from the airport but also provided us with an iron upon request. Also, they constantly answered every question concerning our trip and stay, almost directly. They are great. As for the room, it is spacious, clean and within a small walking distance from the Numidio Cuadrado metro station. It's a quiet neighborhood and there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Although the room is fairly economical compared to the average price in Rome, the balcony could use some upgrading. There was rust and the furniture needs replacement. Also, the guest house is not recommended for someone who wants to be near the center. Although the metro station is close, the area is quite far from the historical centre which means that after 9pm (the metro closes down at 9),we had to take a taxi back to the guest house which was quite pricey due to the distance.

The room and the whole hotel experience was good. The free snacks in the room upon arrival was a nice touch and much appreciated. Also, Maria and Christine were excellent - they were very friendly and helpful.

The only negative was that the WiFi cut out a few times for several hours during my 4 night stay. This resulting loss of internet led to an inability to book and check several things online.
