The apartment itself was so cozy, it does not feel like an hotel, it feels more like an apartment from someone who lives there. The balcony was also so comfortable and everything was pretty clean, huge bathroom too. The host was very responsive, helpful and sent information about the apartment before our check in and was in general very helpful. The apartment was very clean, the AC worked great and the bathroom was good as well. The one thing that could be improved is the breakfast but honestly that does not reduce my satisfaction.

The facility is very clean and you have access to a full functioning kitchen, to include space in fridge to leave food. It is like renting room in an apartment. The bedroom is large and has table with chairs and balcony with table and chairs. The bathroom has shampoo. Water pressure and temperature is good. The tap water is also drinkable and tastes good. Wifi connection is good and tv has channel options. There is laundry service at the corner for 10 euro wash, dry and fold. Good restaurants nearby. Metro and bus nearby, about 7 minute walk- route #85 takes you by many tourist sites. Good and quick communication with host. Building is very secure and off main road so there is no noise.

The breakfast items were all pre-packaged and did not have any flavor. There is no luggage storage at facility and the closest one is very expensive and limited size lockers at a small cafe. We couldn't figure out how to use espresso machine so maybe some instructions for how to start. We also were not sure if we should wash our breakfast dishes (like a hostel) or leave for staff cleaning (like b&b) since we had access to kitchen.

Very clean, modern look apartment, simply and tastefully decorated. The en-suite room was near 4-star hotel quality and comfort, with a much better price and the advantage of a shared kitchen, with a fridge and basic cutlery. My entire stay was so quiet I didn’t even run into other guests, not that I would mind, but I mean that it was easy and super convenient using the kitchen. The host was very nice and helpful throughout, and easily reachable via messaging or phone (didn’t try the latter). It’s possible to get to and from the airport with public transport, roughly an hour. Takes less than an hour to Vatican City (St Peter’s basilica) by metro. By the way, I was a little worried about having to carry a big set of keys after reading one review, but it’s actually alright, they fit nicely in my jeans coin/key pocket. And I don’t mind the many gates and doors as it made me feel that it’s more secure, so it’s a positive. Overall, taking into account the room rate, this is one of the best value accommodations I’ve stayed in anywhere in the world, and would probably return if in Rome again.

Would prefer if the breakfast was entirely plant based, since it’s kinder, healthier and better for the environment. I just had the juice because I couldn’t read the ingredients for the packaged toasts and couldn’t bother asking as I’m not really a breakfast person. I woke up once with the slight early morning noise from the kitchen, but that’s mostly due to my being a light sleeper and the trade off from having the kitchen nearby. It does take a while to get to places by bus and/or metro, but I think that’s just Rome. The nearest vegan restaurant I found, VEG-joy is about 30 minutes walk or 15 minutes by metro, which is reasonable. Overall, for the price, I think the location is pretty good, and I still would recommend this accommodation.

I stayed at The Good Place B&B for three nights during my holiday trip and it was the most wonderful experience ever! The room was clean, everything worked perfectly, location is close to the bus station and subway! Host Marco was very nice and even reached out to me to ask about my arrival time which was a pleasant surprise :) Special thanks for the nicely arranged breakfast!

Simple but comfortable, definitely good value for money. Away from centre but ultimately, for the price, worth the long walk and metro ride to the centre. About 40 minutes all together from Roma Termini . Room is comfortable for one, two or more will be crowded. Very clean, which was highly appreciated.

Rather remote , but good value for the price.

Good bed, good bath, good place juat outside of the centre of Rome access to daily shopping and cafes and food places. When the host saw I and another guest didnt drink the milk from the breakfast, he supplies more juice instead, that was good.

A really comfortable place near the metro and reasonably priced. It has all the necessary amenities, and I was able to rest and recharge during my busy time in Rome. The host was kind and caring, and made me feel very welcome. I would definitely book again without a doubt.

Marco was a very nice host. The house was very comfortable and tidy. 15 minutes by metro to the city center. The house itself is located in a very nice area. I was traveling alone and it was very safe for me. When I return home in the evening, a bus comes to my house from all over the city. Marco was very helpful during check out. Because my flight was in the evening and I could keep my luggage at home until the evening. Thanks for everything Marco. This will be my place to stay if I come to Rome again

Breakfast was poor for me :)

Very clean set of rooms based in south of city of Rome, only 10 minutes of walk from Coli Albani station. Supermarket and many other small shops, pizzashops, cafeterias very close by. Extremely clean and quiet, very comfortable beds and bathroom. There's also a very modern kitchen to use. The owner is very nice person and explains everything, especially there's a few keys to use to get into the appartments. The access to the building is from via Tuscolana (main street). Just to summarize this short review. Yes it's worth it and you won't get better place for this prize in Rome.
