Good place to stay in Rome, close to metro and bus stations. Excellent communication with the staff.

Locking the door of the room was tricky, they should change the door lock. Even though , you pay taxes on reservation, you have to pay another fee when you arrive to the apartment.

The location was good, it was really close to a subway station, and the room was ok

The price raised way too much after we finished to pay the taxes.

Alessia was VERY helpful and informative. The room is spacious and very clean. I liked that it had a kitchen. I kept my breakfast essentials there. Very convenient. Also, so close to the metro, grocery store, and restaurants.

Some areas around the neighborhood seemed sketchy but it wasn't. What I strongly encourage is to travel light. Quite a few areas have steps and no elevators nor escalators. When you enter Turra, the immediate entry has stairs only. But, Alessia helped me with my heavy suitcase. Travel light and try to keep it to one suitcase and a backpack.

I looked for something inbetween Termini and Anagnina, so for me the location was great. For tourists it is a bit out of center, but the transport connection is pretty good and the neighbourhood is nice (you can find reasonably priced and even 24H supermarkets, tratorias and cafes for locals, a small shopping center etc.; it is also quite green in comparison to the average roman area). The neighbourhood is also quite silent in the nights except for the birds. The staff is super nice, check-in is very fast, excellent wi-fi (common problem of Italian hotels/apartments). The apartments are near to the subway and easy to find. The rooms are nice, typical roman style. The air-conditioner is powerful and silent.

It's nice to have a kitchen for this price in Rome (and with reasonably sized refrigerator), but cooking pots of size between extremely large and very small. And I failed to find any potholder.

Easy check in. Great location with main tourist attractions being 30-40 minutes walk away or accessible via train/metro/bus. Rooms/toilets were clean (we were nervous as had read bad reviews about the cleanliness of the place). Big rooms, spacious - towels provided. Overall very happy with our stay here and would stay here again.

The service charge and city charge surprised us a bit but can't fault the property for that. No other cons with this place though, happy with service.

Walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors from the apartment and upstairs.

Perfect location, far from the city center but near the metro station and near the huge parc. The flat was clean and comfortable.

The furniture in the room should be improved ... we missed the table and chairs in our room. Also the lights in room and in the kitchen were quite weak.

The location is good. It’s very close to metro and not too far from the train station. Good shops and restaurants nearby. Gelaterias as well :)) There is a kitchen in the apartment where you can prepare your breakfast in the morning.

I was missing only tea towels in the kitchen.

The host Alessia was great - quick to answer any questions I liked the location - quiet and suburban, but the centre is easily reachable via metro The house and the bedroom are spacious and comfy

Bathroom was a bit smelly and kitchen facilities a bit basic but ok

The building is very well built, appears to be nearly fireproof, and very quiet, All facilities, including shared facilities, were very clean and orderly.
