Lovely apartment in a great location just steps from the Re Di Roma metro stop. That made it super easy to get around Rome. It is also within 10 minutes walking distance of San Giovanni cathedral and about 20 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum. Giulia is a great host and very flexible with check in. The apartment shares a common kitchen with a couple of other apartments but is otherwise separate.

The only downside is the street noise but that's remedied by closing the shutters and the window and using the A/C.

The hospitality at this property was truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident in every interaction. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was offering helpful recommendations, resolving issues promptly, or simply ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s rare to experience such genuine care and dedication, and it made my stay feel special. This level of hospitality is what sets great properties apart, and I can’t praise it enough!

The location of the accomodation was great. Within two minutes you are on the nearest metro station. The owners was very kind and helpful.

I know that we're already dealt with owners issue about water flow - sink was after repair OK, but the shower. . . Its something that asks for repair. And one advice for another guests, if you're a light sleeper you will enjoy the wild mainstreet - ambulances through your whole night, cars are honkin etc etc. And last thing, TV should a little bit newer - signal is not good.

The hosts were very friendly and gave a lot of great recommendations. The breakfast in the cafe was amazing. One time we requested the cleaning lady for an accident that happened in the apartment and they sent her right away with no extra fee. We also had the possibility to leave our luggage in the common area after checkout which was super helpful.

All in all it was great, the only downside was the water in the shower that didn't come down quickly and got stuck, but I think it's something they could've fixed if we would've requested. In terms of location, the apartment is right next to the metro station which was super helpful. But if you have kids and planning to take them to the park, I wouldn't recommend the park right next to the apartment, it's not well maintained.

The location was nice, right next to an A-line metro stop, so going to other parts of the city was easy. Colosseum, roman forum and palatine hill were in a walking distance. The surrounding restaurants that the hostess recommended were nice. The host and hostess were really helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast was okay, but kind of small, as it only consisted of a single croissant and a cup of coffee. There was a bit of a smell emitting from the toilet, which was clean, but it seems there is a problem with the sewage in the building as the shower drainage was pretty slow as well. The smell wasn't very disturbing and you could only notice it a bit while the bathroom door was open.

◼︎Location and Owner’s personality Easy to access to sightseeing spots and the apartment it self by subway. We checked-in later hours than check-in time. However, the owner provided self check-in with no extra charge. It should’ve happened and we recommend that user have to check-in on time, but we are really appreciated a kindness the owner has.

We did not have a balcony that picture seems to tell you that you will have one. it’s not big deal though :)

Perfect location, very close to Re di Roma metro Station which you can use to reach almost any attraction points. You can literaly walk to Collessium, even to Vatican (if you really want :) ). The room was very comfy and clean. The garden was a very nice surprise, it definitely exceeded our expectations. Also we could enjoy very nice Restaurants around the place which was very good for us. The owner was helpful and caring and a special thanks to Jacopo as by his recommendations we could diacover the beauties of St John's Basilica and Capitolini museum instead of visiting Collessium or the forum. What I regret was not being able to visit Borgehe Gallery since there were no open slots available during our visit, but next time I will book a slot upfront before our flight.

Although Croissant and cappucino was fine, we would prefer to have some more options.

The deluxe room was very comfortable, clean and bright. The bathroom was big and modern. The only thing missing is a little stand in the shower where you can place the shampoo or the shower gel. The balcony has a great view and two people can sit easily. The common kitchen is very functional and the breakfast is a croisant and a coffee served in a cute shop in the ground floor. The building is a few steps from the metro station and all kind of shops and restaurants are nearby. The district is quiet, very close to the center, great for families because it is not strictly touristic

Giulia is a wonderful and very attentive host. The location of the apartment is more than perfect. The metro station is just around the corner, and the Colosseum is no more than a 30-minute walk away. The apartment is clean and has everything someone would need on their vacation.

The stay was lovely overall, though the water in the shower and sink took a bit longer to drain than expected.

Jacopo and his wife was very friendly and give some useful advises regarding sightseeings in Rome. Same time they sent list with good restaurants in the city. Location of room was very close to Metro station, which economy time for yours traveling. Room was clean and silent. All was good. Small bakery downside is very nice with excellent coffee.

I was expecting room cleaning, so far it was not a real problem.
