The property is very close to Metro station (line A stop) and easy to go to main attractions. Very clean and if you want you can make your own food in kitchen ( although we didn’t cook). Very secure and safe. Property has 4 rooms and we were given double bed for two…it is very spacious and room has excellent air conditioning which is must after a hectic humid day. Very Close to shops, restaurants. Gianni is a very friendly person and helpful, he explained us how to travel, good restaurants around the property and gave us lots of helpful tips. He can be contacted anytime if needed. Some times we went to Mc Donalds for a quick dinner if we had a big lunch and don’t feel like having heavy dinner. If you planned to use metro, bus strongly advise to buy a ticket valid for 72hrs which gives 3 days unlimited travel (18 euros). Can use any where.

First day i was searching for the Rome central rooms as a hotel name with big letters. But soon i realised that it is an apartment in a block of flats. Call Gianni if u are struck. Other than this have no complaints.

We didn’t stay at Rome Central Rooms as they were doing renovations, they instead offered for us to stay at their other accomodation ‘RomAntic Dreams’ which was in the same vicinity. The accomodation was perfect, with us getting a room upgrade due to the change of location, was a large room with a balcony (something we weren’t going to have at the original accomodation) and the staff were incredibly friendly! The location was great, being only 3 or 4 train stops into the centre of Rome and to many attractions. We would recommend to anyone looking at visiting Rome and we would definitely stay again if ever visiting Rome again.

Coffee was made for us every morning and Gianni was there regularly during the day and helped us with anything we needed but at the same time gave us space and always felt very comfortable. Rooms were clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The whole place was full of charm. They arranged a taxi for us to get to their airport on our checkout day with no fuss which was much appreciated when we had an early flight.

Sometimes there was a little noise late into the night (about 1ish) as there is a cafe near by in the streets but didn't bother us too much.

Gianni and Fabiana couldn’t have been better hosts, our flight was due to arrive into Rome outside of check in time and then was also delayed so we didn’t end up arriving until around 2am. Gianni stayed up so we could enter the property without any issues and communication was fantastic! The room was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable, and staff were very nice and helpful. The air con was a god send in the 35 degree heat and the fact the bus into central Rome was directly outside the apartment was brilliant, although we preferred the short walk in most days to get the most out of seeing the local area. On check out day, we were able to leave our bags in the communal kitchen area and were provided a spare key to be able to re-enter later in the day which was fantastic as our flight home wasn’t until 6pm. The value for money at Rome Central Rooms is next level! There are also some lovely restaurants in the local area if you didn’t fancy heading back into central Rome in the evening, including Grazia & Graziella and Le Caveau which didn’t break the bank and had a great atmosphere.

Not much to improve on in my opinion! The only things we noticed were the loudness of the locks on the doors so when anyone entered/left their rooms it could be heard but other than that we loved our stay!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Gianni communicated everything well all the way through, he was polite and informative. We landed in Rome early and were able to check in 2 hours earlier at no extra charge as well as check out 1 hour later too which was so helpful. The room was super clean and looked really pretty. The beds were comfortable. The location was excellent loads of restaurants and shops and very close to the metro. I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend!

I have nothing to fault about this property my only suggestion would be it would be nice if there was a hair dryer but still it was fine without :)

Everyone was super nice to us, and helped with all our needs. Our room was tidy, and spaceous, the bathroom was clean and well equipped. We got offered coffee from Kelly on mornings with a smile which was always a great daystarter! Also Cory was super nice and helpful too, answered all our questions, the second we asked, also has a great sense of humor! Fantastic accomodation alltogether, would come back next time!

Property was in a super good location, 5 minute walk to the metro station which can take you anywhere, but also a 20 minute walk from the colosseum. Very good food nearby as well. Kelly was amazing at accommodating us, she made us delicious cappuccinos each morning and was super helpful with tips on where to go and how to get there. She definitely made our experience outstanding.

Kelly was an amazing host, made sure we had everything we needed and knew how to use the apartment despite a slight language barrier. The room were very clean thanks to Giovanni. We had a great time.

The location isn’t as central as we thought, but we’re able to get Ubers very quickly, which we didn’t mind and the room was priced very well.

The location of the apartment is excellent as it is very near the San Giovanni metro station which is connected to the most important tourist atractions. Gianni is a pleasant and proactive host and provides really good instructions both related to the apartment (how to reach it from the airport and enter) and how to best spend your time in Rome. The apartment is divided into four rooms (for two I believe) with a joint kitchen area where you can make coffee and tea and have a breakfast. The room is normal in size, very well equiped for two people and very very clean. The bathroom is brand new, clean and spacey. There is a posibility of brekafast which I believe is an appropriate on the first day of your stay, but after that I would suggest you go out and have a brekafast in one of the many many available places.

There was some noise from the street which could bother some people. However, the place has the A/C so there is no need to open the window during the nightime.

We had a fantastic stay during our weekend trip to Rome. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. A special thanks to Gianni and Cory—both were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made our stay extra special. Highly recommend!
