Our stay was perfect. The location of the accommodation is excellent – everything important is within walking distance. The room was clean, cosy, and well-equipped. A big plus was the comfortable, non-sagging bed, which allowed us to rest wonderfully after a full day of exploring the city. The host, Luca, was extremely friendly and kind, offering us plenty of helpful advice and making sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the smooth check-in and the pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to return on our next visit to Rome!

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation in Rome! The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – just a few steps from the metro station, on the line that goes directly to all the major tourist attractions. Very easy to reach from the airport (train + metro). The host was extremely kind, welcoming, and always available for any questions or needs. Luca, thank you for everything – we felt right at home and will definitely come back!

First of all, Luca is a very nice host. Even though we didn't meet in real life, the communication was transparent and friendly. Our flight was delayed, so we didn't arrive before 11 p.m. But by communicating well and clearly with Luca we were able to get into the apartment without much difficulty. The New York room is perfect because it's nice and clean, within a 1-minute walk of the Metro and a 17-minute walk to the Colosseum.

The apartment is located on a busy road, but you get used to it quickly. And the bus stops right in front of the apartment, which is a plus. Someone in the apartment was renovating his house for a few days, but because we always left early to explore Rome, it didn't bother us that much. Altogether, we had a great time in Rome, due to the place of residence :)

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, but what truly made the experience special was Luca. He is a wonderful person: incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed support. From the moment we booked until check-out, everything was perfectly organized and smooth. Thank you, Luca, for your hospitality. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Everything is perfect!!

The location of this hotel was brilliant, it is right next to a metro stop, the shop next door is a gelato shop that sells the best gelato I’ve ever eaten and it was about a 20 minute walk from the colosseum. The hotel had everything we needed and was comfortable and felt safe.

The central location of this hotel means that it isn’t the quietest - for us this was not a problem, we loved staying centrally and don’t struggle to sleep (we also stayed in October so were happy to have the window closed at night which helped). If you were a light sleeper then perhaps it would be worth staying further out of the city in a less good location to have a quieter night (but we would still choose this hotel again despite this). (Also inside the hotel guests were all respectful and quiet at night)

I liked the location of the accommodation and the kitchen area. Comfy bed, what is very important. Written communication with the staff was excellent. No need to meet the staff, as you get the keys via wallbox.

Room was very noisy , a good quality of windows helps a lot. Staff's verbal communication was inappropriate, even the fact that our check in was later than expected. (Sorry, I was too tired to accept the tone he used.) And yes, the shower cabin's corners should be cleaned from mold.

Location is perfect metro and bus stops available near the apartment. Common kitchen has all necessary facilities and you can make breakfast or dinner by yourself and enjoy morning coffee in small patio. Good instructions for easy check in and check out.

Apartment located on one of main streets, so if you need silence to sleep, it will be a problem. Noise from cars all the time. Rooms are clean, but renovation should be done.

The room we stayed at (Tokyo) was spacious and clean. The host was very nice, provided us with useful tips about transportation from the airport and reacted incredibly quickly when we had an issue. Both check in and check out were easy. The location was great, you can easily walk to the Colosseum and there are two great gelato shops nearby.

Great location, few steps and you are in Saint Giovanni metro station. Room was clean and check in process was simple. Since we had morning til evening routine, we didn’t meet personally with owner and forgot to pay for tourists tax! Owner was really calm in that situation and let us send it later!

Room was small and that was expected, but you don’t waste time in Rome lying down in the bed, so it’s totally fine.

The Location is near to metro, hardly 100meters from it, but the best part is the service. I am very thankful for Luca who understood our situation and helped us through it. rating 10/10 for overall experience with amazing self check-in process guided by him and Luca was available to reach out whenever needed. I will definitely choose Jet Lag again in future for my stays in ROME. 100% recommended from my end.
