The property was more than we expected. It was a family apartment converted into six beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable with a kettle and fridge. The bathroom was stunning. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It is a two minute walk for the bus or metro which takes you into the heart of Rome. You can buy tickets from the corner shop or tap and go. It is a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. would definitely recommend it. We went to the Shamrock pub not far from the colosseum and it was €6 for a good pint of Guinness and €4 for a lovely glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Try the chicken tenders!

Spotlessly clean on a quiet street, this apartment provided everything we needed for our 4 day Rome visit. Benedetta, our host, was exceptional and always helpful. Manzoni Metro station was just 10 minutes walk away, so access to all of Rome was easy. Just across the road was the Basilica of St. John Lateran, the main Catholic Basilica for the city of Rome, which was spectacular. Great restaurants within 5 minutes' walk. Rome itself was amazing, with the history, architecture and great food. Loved every minute.

When we turned up outside this property, I was rather concerned, but when you get to where the hotel is in the building and open the door, it's just stunning 😍 When you book this hotel, you will be sent information on how to enter it, using your mobile phone, but don't let that put you off, as the owners if you let them know prior they will arrange other ways for you, plus there is a buzzer and intercom. When we arrived as I stated, the building does look old and dated, but most of these buildings in Rome were the same, as were built some of them in the 1800, not much they can do about the outside. When you do walk in the entrance, you will notice it still looks quite dated, But this particular hotel is mixed in with actual apartments that people live in, But the hotel is on the third floor, there is a lift but the lift is quite small, When you get to the third floor; look for the sign that states Savoia rooms, use your phone to open the door. This is where you will be amazed,it was stunning totally different from the rest of the building. When we were shown our room, we were offered coffee, and the hosts were so welcoming that they couldn't do enough for you. I spoke to the hosts, who told me that this hotel had only been done up a year ago, so please ignore previous reviews as this has all been changed and is totally new. The beds are so comfy, the shower is absolutely amazing, the bathroom is stunning, we were in room 103, which looks across to a beautiful villa and part of the roman Wall, which which also found out that just beyond that is the British Embassy, hence the high walls.there is a balcony you can sit out on, They do provide a small fridge, kettle and teabags, But there are shops and snack bars literally at the end of the street, which serves amazing coffee and crossiants, sandwiches and sweet little cakes, opens at 6am.

I couldn't fault anything

Clean, spacious, nice extra features like a balcony, great location - a few mins walk from the colosseum and on the A line which meant it was easy to get to all the sights, and the hosts were very lively accommodating. We arrived early in the morning (9am) so we asked if it was ok to leave our bags there for the day while we went our sight seeing and waited for our room to be ready (to which they said of course), but when we got there our room was already ready for us which was great as we could put them straight in our room and freshen up before we went out exploring! On top of that the self checkin online process meant we didn’t need to do anything when we got there like provide passports etc, they just gave us the keys and we were done! Then when we checked out we also left our bags for the day and they had them ready and waiting for us when we returned that afternoon. They even offered us coffee and or water etc before we headed to the airport which I thought was a lovely touch too, even though we didn’t have a coffee it was nice to be offered. Everything was super easy and just great overall! Definitely recommend!

Nothing - everything was perfect!

The rooms were new and very comfortable. Great black out shutters for a good sleep. Beds and pillows were good. Spacious bathroom and very clean. Nice toiletries. The owner was very kind and helpful - he replied so quickly to any questions or messages, he booked us a taxi, and he kindly let us use the microwave in the staff room one night. The location is a walk to the main sights but we enjoyed that and we walked everywhere every day. There are metro stations 2 mins away if you don’t want to walk. There is a supermarket just around the corner which is convenient.

It has nothing to do with the place, but the neighborhood just OK... I was targeted by pick pocketers in the Metro, beware!!!

The owner of the hotel was very kind and answered every request I mentioned please that it is our wedding anniversary, he placed on the bed a large heart balloon with the words happy wedding anniversary and other small heart balloons and specially bought kosher wine for us - a much appreciated gesture! The room was very meticulously clean, every day there is room cleaning and bed making - high level! Shower equipped with new soaps and large bottles - no need to bring from home. A room equipped and decorated in the smallest details - great fun The owner of the house is there most of the time and always offers and asks if everything is okay. highly recommend !

We had a great stay at Savoia Rooms Roma! The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable — perfect for a short stay in the city. The location is convenient, close to Termini station, making it easy to get around Rome or catch an early train. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and everything was exactly as described. It’s a quiet spot despite being so central, which we really appreciated after busy days of sightseeing. The host was very responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and making sure we had everything we needed. The beds were uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep after a long flight. Also, there was no iron provided in the room, which was a bit inconvenient when trying to get ready for the day.

The room was very clean and spacious, and it has a modern design with white sheets and great lighting in the room and the bathroom. The hosts were very kind as well and always offering water and coffee, even when we asked for a extra blanket.

The reception closes in the evening, which ça be inconvenient for some people that need water or tissue or extra blankets at night, so you have to make sure you have everything you need before that.
