Really awesome guy running the place, if you don’t know where to go in Rome he will have any and all suggestions you need! Even gave us a map of the city where he marked all the sights worth seeing. Walking distance to two metro stops. No issues at all with the shared bathroom, it was always available to use when we needed it.

Clean, comfortable, first floor, good wi-fi, WONDERFUL location, great host, who explained in details everything including the location of all the famous places, how to reach them, and also gave us recomendations about restaurants and caffe.

A little bit insufficient lighting and quite old bathroom

Would highly recommend you get what you pay for! Location is walking distance to everything and we didn’t use transportation once when in Rome. The accommodation is perfect for a budget holiday and a short trip. And our host is very helpful and gave us multiple tips for where to go, transportation and food recommendations!

Everything was standard

It feels safe. Staff was really helpful, thank you David! The room was big and clean. The hotel has a small oven and a fridge that you can store your food. The apartment has a nice indoor garden. Water temperature in the shared bathroom has no problem.

It is not possible to open the window shutters, so daylight does not come into the room. Shared bathtube is old but it is okay.

What I appreciate most about this place is one of the most pleasant and friendly receptionists. He gave us lots of advice about the city, helped us find a parking space and even offered us a welcome shot of rum! The room was a bit dark but clean, the facilities simple but sufficient, only the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Also good location (Colosseum within a 20-minute walk)

The room was clean. It was close to the colosseum and other attractions. Manager was really helpful, helped us plan our trip.

The staff was very helpful, they gave us some recommendations what to see and where to eat. The apartment was also clean and comfortable. It is in a good location, close to the main points and metro/bus stations.

The bathroom in our room had a window connected with an other bathroom, so we could hear everything from there. Also we missed a kettle in the kitchen.

Excellent manager. Worked hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Very friendly, very helpful
