The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and other stuff needed for cooking, the bed was very comfy, the host was very kind and responsive, tha apartment was clean and in a safe neighbourhood, close to the metro and Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano, lots of places to go eat and groceries shops in the vicinity too.

We live in the countryside so we aren't used to loud traffic all night, a lot of ambulances with sirens drive by all day and night.

It was just enough for 3 days stay but very cold, air conditioner couldn’t get it warmer. But we didn’t stay there for long hours so rest of things was fine. Beds are comfortable, a kitchen was well equipped ( the only not enough cups or mugs for 3 of us). The location is good, near to subway and public transport and just a few minutes to the city centre. If I’m in Rome again I’d rent it again.

Apartment is cozy and have all that you need. It is on great location, 1 minute from metro station. Kitchen is small but with all necessary facilities. Host is very warm and she gave us all the information. Bed is very comfortable.

It is an old building and the furniture is old, but if you use apartment just for sleep and eat it is still great.

We were a group of 6, received an apartment with 1 living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was really helpful. We arrived a little bit earlier and the cleaning was not completely done yet, after the house keeper left everything was good (new sheets, new towels). The apartment has a nice terrace, quiet area, close to the metro station.

We arrived at the address mentioned in the booking and the actual apartment was around 700m far from that address. We communicated with someone on Whatsapp, it took a little bit to understand where exactly we should arrive, but in the end we made it.

Overall it was a great apartment for amount we paid and location of apartment was perfect, can't imagine better. Easy access to apartment also few meters from metro station which was great.

Only thing i didnt like was toilet where was water pressure too low to flush staff.

The location was brilliant don't be put off by any bad reviews it's a steal for what you get in the centre of rome I travel a lot and this is one of the best value for money places you will find anywhere in Italy , never mind Rome

The location was excellent.

The building and the apartment were quite old and the pictures online weren't exactly representative of what i found. Also there was only a hand soap in the apartment, no shampoo, no body wash.

Good location, close to sights, metro and bus.

The photos are not current, they were taken when the apartment was opened. It's a bit neglected now, but clean.

Room 213 was a spacious apartment with plenty of natural light (no direct sun light, but large windows). Nice bathroom, comfortable bed and couch, good WiFi. Most kitchen essentials were available: pots, pans, plates, cutlery, microwave, cooking plate. Missing cutting board was delivered on the same day. Location is perfect for exploring Rome, very easy to reach most attractions with public transport. Host was responsive and helpful over whatsapp.

A few minor things were missing or lacking but nothing serious. - coat rack or hooks to hang our coats near the entrance. Only place to hang coats was in the bedroom main closet. - towel rack or hooks to hang towels near the shower. We used the bedroom main closet. - curtains were hard to operate and not sufficient to make the room fully dark when it is light outside. - No dishcloths - cooking plate did not allow the full use of three or more stoves, two stoves could be used simultaneously for cooking or frying, but when a third is turned to even a low setting, the others would switch back to a lower setting too. - Location is a bit noisy. There was construction work on a neighbouring building, and occasionally also within our building. - Windows did not seal well, which (in our case) let some cold in during the evenings, but will undoubtedly also let some cold out during aircon-season. This did not help with blocking out outside (construction) noise either. - Not possible to leave luggage for a few hours after checkout.
