The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and other stuff needed for cooking, the bed was very comfy, the host was very kind and responsive, tha apartment was clean and in a safe neighbourhood, close to the metro and Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano, lots of places to go eat and groceries shops in the vicinity too.

We live in the countryside so we aren't used to loud traffic all night, a lot of ambulances with sirens drive by all day and night.

The location was great, next to the Metro, literally 50 m walk. Ideal for visiting all the city sites. The bathroom was brand new , great shower and a compact washing machine. The Kitchen was a bit small and needed an update but functional.

Lounge was small but functional, apartment a bit tired , but great value for the price .

It was just enough for 3 days stay but very cold, air conditioner couldn’t get it warmer. But we didn’t stay there for long hours so rest of things was fine. Beds are comfortable, a kitchen was well equipped ( the only not enough cups or mugs for 3 of us). The location is good, near to subway and public transport and just a few minutes to the city centre. If I’m in Rome again I’d rent it again.

Apartment is cozy and have all that you need. It is on great location, 1 minute from metro station. Kitchen is small but with all necessary facilities. Host is very warm and she gave us all the information. Bed is very comfortable.

It is an old building and the furniture is old, but if you use apartment just for sleep and eat it is still great.

Overall it was a great apartment for amount we paid and location of apartment was perfect, can't imagine better. Easy access to apartment also few meters from metro station which was great.

Only thing i didnt like was toilet where was water pressure too low to flush staff.

We were a group of 6, received an apartment with 1 living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was really helpful. We arrived a little bit earlier and the cleaning was not completely done yet, after the house keeper left everything was good (new sheets, new towels). The apartment has a nice terrace, quiet area, close to the metro station.

We arrived at the address mentioned in the booking and the actual apartment was around 700m far from that address. We communicated with someone on Whatsapp, it took a little bit to understand where exactly we should arrive, but in the end we made it.

The location was brilliant don't be put off by any bad reviews it's a steal for what you get in the centre of rome I travel a lot and this is one of the best value for money places you will find anywhere in Italy , never mind Rome

The location was excellent.

The building and the apartment were quite old and the pictures online weren't exactly representative of what i found. Also there was only a hand soap in the apartment, no shampoo, no body wash.

We found it very convenient for the city centre and the metro, and it was useful to have two beds in two separate rooms - one double bed and one sofa bed. WiFi was good, and there was a good air conditioning system.

For self-catering there was a limited amount of amenities including plates and cutlery. The air-conditioning switched off at around midnight, so it was sometimes uncomfortable as we were in Rome in the Middle of Summer. Fittings and furniture are a bit dated, old and worn.
