Firstly, the location is really good!! 7-8min walking to Roma Termini, 4min walking to the bus stop. Secondly, the host Roberto is a really kind person, very welcoming and willing to address my requests. Also, the hotel allows to store luggage for free from the early 10am which is really convenient for tourists. Lastly, the bed is really comfortable and the space in the room and even bathroom is big and nice.

Just to let someone who is also hard to fall asleep easily....the AC and fridge create some noise while sleeping. But it's not a big problem tho, except for this everything is good!!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! The service was top-notch, and the location couldn't be better-right in the heart of everything. The manager, Roberto, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The bathroom used to have some issues, but now it's completely renovated, very clean, and fresh. They even let me store my luggage after checkout since I had a late flight, which I really appreciated.

The only minor downsides were the slow Wi-Fi and the fact that I could sometimes hear noise from the room next door. If those things are improved, this place would be close to perfect.

No issues! Ample hot water, spacious shower, everything was neat and clean. Huge spacious room: 215 square meters had more than enough space for all our luggage (we had 2 checked bags and a cabin bag each!). Location is perfect: 10min walk from Roma Termini and attractions! The windows block out all road noise and all street lights at night, thus nice and dark and quiet in the room. Lots of eateries and restaurants close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Roberto and Arbia are great hosts! Well priced and excellent value for money!

There is nothing not to like!

I highly recommend this place over a larger chain hotel or airbnb. The location and accommodation are perfect, clean, and comfortable, but most of all the hospitality is unbeatable. I was solo traveling and had a medical episode while staying at this property and the manager assisted me with getting doctors to the hotel room, went with me to the hospital, got my prescriptions and food for me, and checked in on me various times as I recovered. I can’t express enough my gratitude for the kindness and care I was shown at this establishment.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Termini Station, which made getting around Rome very easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated that they were cleaned daily. It felt like we were coming home each time we returned to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

The room facing the street was quite noisy due to traffic sounds and we could also hear other guests opening and closing their doors.

Roberto is the best host ever, recommended very good restaurants to try and places to visit :) Rome To Stay was easy to find, closest metro station is about 3min, supermarket Castoro 2min, Termini 6min by foot. So it's located in a central place, but the room is quiet. Leaving the luggages after check-out is possible, which is a big help if you travel with a plane. The bed is comfortable, the balcony is decorated with some cute flowers. After a long and exhausting day, returning our room was felt like home.

Very nice welcome on arrival and excellent location, which is why we would always recommend the hotel. From here you have the possibility to travel quickly and easily throughout Rome.

The room was always cleaned during the stay, but upon arrival there was unfortunately still a lot of hair in the bed and room. Unfortunately, also in the blankets from the closet.

I stayed at a small beautiful cosy room with the great view of basilica papal di santa maria maggiore, nice and very clean, only a few minutes to termini and a few steps to bus stop no.71, Roberto was very helpful, friendly and trustworthy, I have to put my suitcase for at least one night somewhere because of my journey schedule and he kindly accepted to keep it safe till I return from another town, he always ask the questions and help you in the fastest way he can with a smile and very kind manner, I’ve enjoyed my separated four nights stay in Rome to stay.

The Hotel Rome To Stay is near the Basilica of Santa Maria Magiore and near the Termini station.There is also a metro station on the street of the hotel.There are many restaurants around the hotel. Our room was extremly quiet.The staff, represented by a true gentleman, was very friendly and eager to provide us with all the tourist information.Mr.Roberto deserves all our consideration!
