The location - near Termini and not far to the next metro station. A very accomodating and friendly hostess. Well equipped kitchen. The whole place was very clean and welcoming (which is not always the case im this part of Rome)

The lack of real window in my single room was a disappointment (the window opens to an outside corridor - a very strange arrangement - so no fresh air, no possibility of checking the weather and most importantly I was not sure if the corridor is accessable to others. It made me feel quite uncomfortable. Breakfast could be improved upon. It consisted primarily of long expiry products, wrapped in a lot of plastic. I didn't touch it. Can only recommend to the host to either change it or get rid of it entirely.

The property is well located between different quarters of Rome, a few steps aways from lively San Lorenzo and multicultural Esquilino. The room is comfortable and equipped with everything you might need. Rooms are cleaned daily. Italian style breakfast is self service and offers a large choice. The staff is lovely.

The bathroom in my room (Vaniglia) is very tiny but anyways well equipped. To reach Stazione Termini one has to cross a sketchy area, even if it is only a 10/15 minutes walks, it's not pleasant to go alone in the night. I would advise to reach the nearby metro station (Manzoni) to go to Termini station.

Very comfortable, really nice. The owner (I’m sorry, I have forgotten her name) was lovely, very friendly, very nice. I enjoyed her company & I am very grateful to her. Please thank her again for me, for a lovely stay.

There was no sign outside to indicate the BnB was there. It was in the middle of a block of flats with nothing to indicate that it was a BnB… This meant I walked past the front door several times while looking for it. (It turned out I was right outside, but I had no idea due to lack of signage.) The area seemed to have a lot of parked police cars around, making me feel uneasy that it was a rough district. I began to unsafe in the area as a solo female traveller, so signage outside the property would have been welcome so I could have located it more easily. Lack of signage meant I didn’t feel safe.

The stuff has showed amazing support from all sides. They are friendly and ready to help at any time. My girlfriend has a birthday during our stay and stuff has made a huge surprise with balloons and champagne 🍾

Can’t complain but in that area, especially from Rome Termini,you can’t feel safe yourself.

I found this place in the last moment after my flight was cancelled. This apartment is great located. So, please note, that from train station you need to go not 300m, but around 1 km. But it wasn't a problem. And it's easy to find this place. So girl host was super sweet, for small amount of money I received TV, air conditioning, shampoo set and even tasty snacks in the morning. It was great deal. Though it is closed to train station, are looked safe. I came back at night from old town by public transport, nearest bus stop is 100 meters from the apartment, and I stopped by nice restaurant which is in the same building. So I didn't have to worry about walking alone at night etc. In conclusion, if you want to stay in nice place with friendly host for small money – just take it.

The location is conveniently situated just 1.2 km from Roma Termini, making it accessible by foot. However, if you’re traveling with a large suitcase, walking may be a bit challenging, plus you cannot use the elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential amenities ,with a variety of breakfast options.

We chose this apartment based on its proximity to Termini station. Apartment was right above a nice trattoria Taverna dei migliori which we had frequented before. Room was small but comfy. Huge breakfast selection in the pantry. Staff were very friendly. Good base for a couple of nights if transport needed from Termini to the airport.

The apartment is clean, there is enough space, the breakfast is a plus. The location is very nice, close to Termini station and metro station. Close enough to all the attractions. Check in and check out is very easy. We would come back again.

There is main road so it is loud, but we knew that from the comments. It was not that bad. Bad smell from the drain in bathroom.

The staff very helpful and nice. The beds were good and the room had a lot of light.

The breakfast was good, but maybe could include something hot, like eggs or bacon.

Very clean room, air conditioning was a big plus! Lovely host, very helpful. Good location, 20 min walk from Colosseum and 10 min to metro.

Breakfast was ok but all bread, croissants and cake came in individual plastic supermarket portions. Fresh bread would have been nice.
