This is a boutique-style hotel located on a single floor within a larger building. Because there was no visible signage or hotel frontage, it was a bit difficult to find at first. Arriving in a new place without speaking the local language added to the initial challenge, and it felt somewhat intimidating. However, once we located the entrance, the experience inside was welcoming and comfortable - worth the effort to find! Our host, Rolly, was very kind to organise an early morning taxi for us - since we could not access the local taxi app. We were very grateful for his understanding and gentleness in sorting us out. Around the corner from restaurants with great food. Across the road to Supermarket for supplies if you are staying a few days 20 min walk to Rome Termini station and Bus Station.

The room was clean, the staff was accommodating and kind, the room was quiet and we were offered a free coffee every time we left in the morning. Online check-in was easy and practical, and as we arrived late, it was a huge plus not to have to deal with check-in after our flight. The location was great, 8 minutes away from a subway stop and 20 minutes away (on foot) from the Colosseum. We walked everywhere!

The water in the shower wasn't very warm the first morning and one of the sockets came off the wall, but both things were swiftly fixed by the lovely staff. The main problem we had was that the room didn't have just one bed, but two beds pushed together, and they were constantly separating, which was a bit annoying. Other than that, it was good.

Perfect location, away from the hussle & bustle of the city centre but within walking distance. Quite a few nice restaurants around the next streets too, so not having to walk back into the centre. Handy to have a safe & also filtered water available to top up bottles! Aircon was also very welcomed as it was 30*!

Needed some better quality curtains as soon as the sun came up we were awake.

Clean, spacious room and friendly staff. Self check-in. The apartments are part of a block with several buildings but it was easy to find it, is quiet (for the rooms that look in the courtyard), you feel safe and you feel you are like a local. The neighborhood has a nice cafe and restaurant.

The location is not that close to walk to the center and maybe not the cleanest area. But there is a metro station with around 8 min walk.

Our room was very clean and was kept very clean by the staff, who were very friendly. We were given very clear instructions on how to access the property. We had good breakfast every morning as well. The place had everything we needed, so overall I can definitely recommend this place to spend your time in Rome!

We had some minor issues with not having a lock in the bathroom door, and sometimes hot water would not work in the shower, but everything else was great!

This is a room in an apartment with five such rooms. It's about 15 min walk from Termini, and there are restaurants and stores nearby. Coffee and tea are available in the common area of the apartment. I had room 2 which was large and comfortable with a sofa, a desk etc. The room was organized daily. Sheets and towels were not changed over the three nights period, but it was fine for me.

Mostly small things: Entering the first time was somewhat confusing but luckily I ran into other guests who were nice enough to show me the way in (the instructions I got were accurate though). The sound proofing inside the apartment is not great and if someone arrives late or leaves early, you will hear it. Pillows were flat, I had to use two. I didn't sleep great. Breakfast was not good for me. I tried it once and other days I just had juice / coffee and bought breakfast in coffee bars on my way. The location is away from most tourist attractions. Public transport is available but it is still quite a trip to get anywhere.

Pictures do not do justice to this place! Rooms are really spacious, nicely decorated, and air conditioned. Good shower too! Host is fantastic! Attentive and very friendly, she made the stay excellent. The property is well connected to the main tourist attractions in the city centre and you can walk if the metro isn't working. It is even closer to Pigneto which is a lesser known gem full of vibrant bars and good restaurants full of locals rather than tourists.

It is situated on a main road so I'd recommend bringing ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Room and bathroom were clean, we had some concerns after reading some negative reviews about it specially about the check in/out, but eventually decided to give it a try, morning of arrival we got the instructions, (buzz a door bell, push door, buzz again, enter code, done) entering and leaving was super easy. for the price of the room for 3 days we we'rent expecting a luxury 5 star hotel and breakfast, but was good enough for a good sleep and something to eat in the morning before leaving touring around the city. 15mints walk from the main central station, super marketing is around the corner, couple of metro stations are also less than 10 mints walk. all in all, good enough for the money we paid.

The room was nice and quiet (inner courtyard). It was clean, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious for Italy. Had access to the kitchen as well as coffee in the morning. We used the smart TV to watch F1 which was nice!

The doors of all rooms were noisy. The bed was fine but not amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Roman Holidays. Elena the owner was very helpful and accommodating. We had our rooms cleaned every morning, the beds were comfy, and the location was amazing, very close to the colliseum and local restaurants and stores. Loved the balcony as well. The staff was also really lovely.

The wifi was very slow in the room, sometimes it wouldn't connect with our phones but asides from that everything was really good.
