Near termini optimal for few days water in bathroom leaks good (it’s a problem in cheap hotels of Rome) Also easy to reach lateran basic and coliseum by walk However nice for the price Also they have nice backyard for breakfast (really good breakfast!!) which coasts 7 evro for person

The staff was great, location amazing, the breakfast was good....but next time we will just stop at any of the milioni bags to have coffee and cornetto......lots of stars if you have have luggage or elderly people with you.....but very satisfied.

Lots of stairs.....small washrooms, no bidet, which is weird for Italy.....no space to place your luggage

We would like to say a huge thank you to the hotel team for a very enjoyable stay in Rome. Our room was for two with a comfortable bed, a bright and clean bathroom and a wonderful view of the courtyard. Cleaning is carried out every day, thank you very much for the quality work of the cleaners. I celebrated my birthday in Rome and my boyfriend and I were very grateful for the assistance from the hotel. Great location, close to the train station and 20 minutes from the Colosseum on foot - what could be better?

The only downside is the noise of the tram that runs near the hotel, but even that can’t ruin your holiday ☺️

We loved that the room was big and comfy with an access to a the wide balcony with a table and chairs and also we enjoyed the huge terrace downstairs. The customer services were brilliant with staff members really caring and friendly. Indeed, the breakfast was great (cheap and good) with variety.

The only thing we were really uncomfortable with was the bathroom: 1) The shower and the toilet were really close with little space to move and also when you open the bathroom door it was almost touching the toilet; 2) The space in the shower was small and also we struggled to open and shut the screen shower (this system may need an upgrade).

the room was clean and had a balcony, the bathroom hâd all the necessary, îți was close to the Termini Station, îți was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable

It was a clean room with everything you need, very small but fine if you’re not spending most of the days inside and mostly using it for sleeping and having a shower which is all we needed anyway. I really appreciated the little balcony with a nice view. Stuff were always very nice and helpful :)

Didn’t have the greatest sleep there. The bad wasn’t comfortable and the AC was really loud.

Room was nice and comfortable. We were right next to the reception and tram/train, so sometimes it got little noisy but it wasn’t that much of a problem. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

It's a typical close to the station hotel. The views and the location are not spectacular, but it has all it needs to have. The room was small, but was not missing anything. There are a few restaurants just around the corner. The staff was super helpful! I will be happy to stay there again when planning to travel further from Termini.

AC, friendly 24h reception, great value for the price

A bit far out from the main attractions. En suite toilet was a bit tight for me (1m90).

the balcony was the best, and the location was next to Roma Termini so it was easy to walk with luggage to the station, and it was easy to scooter into the city centre.

The soap and shampoo could do with a bit more fragrance and ease of usage.
