the main advantage of this hotel was the location close to Rome Termini. Great breakfast provided by hotel, was very kind. Room comfortable but toilet a bit small. friendly and kind staff, they provide information about restaurants, transports, some advices about city

The area in the evening is not nice for single girl to walk in. The main thing I didnt like it was the noise coming from the next door rooms. it was uncomfortable specially at night, it woke me up couple of times.. people talking very loud or doing noise.. not respecting the rules. should be necessary to check this

The room (405) was comfortable, the air-conditioning superb, good little fridge, ample space for a grown up and two kids (8 & 9) that like their space. We were very comfortable these 5 nights we spent here, the kids even remarked that the beds were really comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a really nice touch. There are perfectly good restaurants just around the corner along with a couple of shops. Termini is within walking distance but if you don't fancy walking that far, closer by is Manizone and Porta Maggiore tram stations and from there you can grab 5 or 14 to Termini and 3 goes to Colosseo from Porta Maggiore. If you are staying more than 4 days I recommend getting the week pass at the Tabbachi at Termini and don't forget to validate it!

The only thing that can be fixed easily is a new shower head. The noise from people flushing isn't something new to us so it didn't really bother us. Notes as I've seen this mentioned in other reviews, the walls are thin but I didn't hear the people in the next room except when they flushed. We were right next to the elevator and the noise never bothered us, honwdtly don't think we ever heard it. Additionally we slept with open windows and the trains never bothered us, maybe we are desensitised after living next to an airport in the main earthquake zone in Iceland.

We stayed at Hotel Parker for 4 nights, and during our entire stay, every single staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. On our first day, they sent us a message on WhatsApp with tips about the best places to visit and eat in Rome — such a thoughtful touch! Every morning, we enjoyed delicious pastries (croissants, cornettos, and other sweet treats) along with amazing coffee — all completely free — on a lovely little terrace. It was the perfect way to start the day. The hotel is super close to the metro, and you can be in the city center in about 20 minutes. The rooms were always spotless, and the bed linens were changed almost daily. There’s always someone at the reception 24/7, which made us feel really safe. Honestly, if we could give more than 10 stars, we would! Thank you so much for everything. If we ever come back to Rome, we already know where we’ll stay. P.S. On our last day, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel, and when we came back to pick it up, I realized I had forgotten a mug I bought in Rome. The staff kindly offered to send it to us in Austria by post — such amazing service. Thank you again for everything!

The staff was lovely, the free breakfast was awesome it’s easy and quick grab before starting our day, the location was convenient and close to the train station for a short stay in the city

Our shower water temperature goes hot and cold, we got a leaky bidet in our room, the room we booked was supposed to have a garden view but we got a window overlooking a parking spot/hallway with potted plants, AC temperature in our room seems to not stay to what we set it up to, the surrounding neighbourhood was not very pleasant with all the garbage and graffitied walls

This is the second time we visited the hotel and it was even better that I remembered. Clean, nice IKEA furnitures, near the train station, many restaurants and cafe nearby. The staff is exceptional. Coffee is still very good even with the new machine.

The room is using air conditioner for heating, the dam thing is noisy even on standby. The toilet flush is extremely noisy. The shower is lucking pressure and is a bit difficult to adjust. The elevator is rarely working. Towels and sheets was not changed for 4 nights even though we didn’t asked for a change and the litter basked was emptied every day.

Hotel is very well located, clean and not expensive. Staff was very helpful especially night-receptionist Peter who kindly told us where we could buy food at 2am. This hotel even offers a small Italian breakfast which you can consume in a lovely garden free of charge. TV and AC were OK and the mini bar fridge worked very well unlike many other more expensive hotels in which I've been.

Things that could improve are the mattresses, linen, the pillows, which were very shallow, and the shower in our room was very small, an oversized person wouldn't be able to use it.

I loved my stay at the Hotel Parker! Clean, nicely decorated, surprised me with a typical Italian breakfast. Staff was always smiling and helpful. Close to Termini Station so communication within Rome is so easy!

I would recommend to get earplugs with you, the hotel is situated beside the tram line and metro station (termini) so if your room is on the Main Street side it can be annoying. However all the advantages of the hotel, easily made up for this one inconvenience. I come to rome every year and I definitely book my next stay at the Hotel Parker.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and very kind, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. My room was very clean and featured a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. Although breakfast wasn't included in the price, Italian breakfast was provided each morning, which was a delightful surprise. Additionally, the hotel offered free luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, a very positive experience!!!

Very clean, nice little complementary breakfast ( coffee and pastries) with a little courtyard. Excellent AC, so good that we had to turn it off! I needed an extra sheet as I need a bit of weight covering me while sleeping. I really liked our room ( 103) as it was away from the evaluator and I’d say even in the very warm months it would be quite cool ( it was only 27-32 degrees Celsius when we were there). Like any area near a main train station it was rundown ( the area) but we felt very safe and there were some great restaurants very near by. Kettle and mini fridge. We were able to drop out luggage off as we were far too early to check in and leaving we left it there for a few hours as well. All in all a very enjoyable place.
