The location was wonderful! It was close to restaurants and attractions. You can walk or take public transportation to any location in the city. A truly beautiful city.

Although the staff was friendly and did a good job cleaning the unit, the suite needs maintenance. The walls need painting, the wallpaper needs to be repaired, and the bathroom needs some upgrades. The pictures look amazing, and they can be a reality if the owners dedicate time to taking care of the repairs.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this property. The host was exceptionally kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location couldn’t have been better—conveniently situated close to key attractions and in the market area, yet peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was spotless, beautiful interiors, and equipped with everything we needed and even more than that. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and location. Will definitely return!

Nothing that we didn't like here

Allesandra was above and beyond with helping us check in through messaging. The location was awesome- a quick walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The rooms were GORGEOUS!! Most had wood ceiling beams, decorated simply, with a clean, comfy, old-world charm room. There were modern elements- awesome bathroom facilities. We only stayed for one night, before our flight out, I wish we stayed here when we arrived. All 11 of my family, with a variety of ages, loved this stay the best out of our 2 weeks exploring Italy.

I wish it was a real hotel with 24 hour staff. I felt bad that Allesandra had to stay late to help me check in because it wasn't working on the app. She was a life-saver!!

Loved everything about this place! Staff were super responsive & attentive from the start of my booking! They reached out before my arrival to ensure a seamless check in. They answered all my questions as far as best way to reach destination after arriving in Rome via bullet train, tour recommendations. During our short stay, staff were super friendly! Cleanliness is always a priority for me - Grand Master Suites did not disappoint! The location was EVERYTHING as well - walking distance to ALL - high end shopping & major tour sites!! I can’t wait to visit again!

Location was good, close enough to walk to spanish steps, across a church and shopping, a little noisy because its on the main road via del corso with trucks collecting garbage at the early morning. Room was big for 3 adults, near cafe, grocery, luxury shopping. Helpful staff especially Alexandra and the Filipina.

hard to find, the sign was covered with Christmas décor, old, no breakfast, but lots of opportunities to dine outside, at least have a common microwave, or toaster for all to use. better signage outside to identify where it actually is. not a 24 hour reception desk so arrive past 9am until 5pm.

Elevator wasn’t always in use. Tricky stairs on 4th floor - difficult with luggage. On arrival couldn’t open Elevator door as a big bag of laundry was behind it. Had to move the vacuum and bucket off the stairs to be able to bring my luggage up.

Everything was exceptional! Great location, accessible apartments, warm and clean. Room cleaning everyday. Central street but fortunately very quiet, no noise outside. Market nearby, lots of places to have breakfast, different shops around. What is important it is easy to access on taxi.

Fantastic location, staff were very helpful. The only issue we had was with the Vikey app to access the property. This was unreliable and we had to use the codes instead. There was an unpleasant drain smell in the bathroom, but other than that, everything was great.

I am speaking only on my behalf and my friend's. Location was perfect,right in the middle of Via del Corso. The room and the bathroom were large, we didn't have to step on each others feet. The room was cute and I loved the ideea with the electonic key for both building entrance and the room. The building had 2 terraces, but we only used the one on the second floor.

We were the last room in the building, it was attic like. Therefore, it had only a ceiling window, with no view. Apart from the other rooms we had little space for depositing the clothes. And another low point was the temperature. It was a little cold and the AC wasn't working at his fullest. When we tried to open the AC and the TV at the same time, we had a power outage. But this was only our room. Our friends rooms had an awesome temperature, view and deposit 😂

The newly refurbished Exce suite was great. Great location Clean and modern. Comfortable beds Easy access Great pre arrival communication from staff. Staff member arranged for a car to pick us up and transfer us to next destination. All much appreciated.

Bad drain smells. TV of older model and we could not stream or use HDMI with it. Minor, but some areas of construction unfinished. Ie open holes n wires n pipes exposed.
