The location is great, nearby from everything. Easy access from the airport by train and metro. The room is big and clean. The drinks in the room are free, there is a kettle for hot water. The owners are very friendly.

Very early in the morning it's quite noisy due to deliveries of the shops and restaurants in the street. Our bathroom is a bit small and the floor , especially in the corners, is not very clean! the water in the shower wasn't draining fast enough. It's a bit clogged

The host was very friendly and the location was superb. We didn't take a bus or such once, just went everywhere on foot. Also a bunch of great restaurants around.

The hotel owner was very helpful and friendly. He made check in easy. The property is very clean and they had a lot of extra amenities like liquor, ice, soda, candy, etc.... It was located very close to the Spanish Steps and had a shopping street with many restaurants just outside the hotel. It was not noisy at all - a great location! And down the street close to the Spanish Steps and the hotel there were always taxis available to take you around Rome! There were also some very important sites close by where we stayed. We would definitely stay here again. The location was fabulous! On another note, we took a private golf cart tour with Ciro (Chiro) 039 351 787 7627 around Rome and even though it wasn't cheap, his knowledge was incredible, and he took us to places we wanted to visit on our own. Great way to see Rome!

Nothing, it was all good!

Fantastic location - close to many highly rated restaurants, dessert shops, a supermarket, Metro, and within walking distance to the main cultural sites. Nicely decorated rooms with high ceilings and air conditioning. Soft drinks and bottled water were included for free as well as alcohol and snacks in the lobby. Noise level from other guests and outside were minimal. Owner was friendly and readily available by phone.

Shower was a little small although the bathroom itself was an adequate size.

Great location, the owner is extremely friendly and kind. The rooms are spacious, very clean. The owner is very generous, has a positive attitude in all communication. Location was super quiet, the other guests were quiet and it seems like you are in home by yourself. Perfect to get some rest as you return to your room. For those that want action and loudness downstairs has many bistros/bars/cafe. The windows of the rooms have a great noise isolation, so you can rest without concerns

The only thing that was challenging was to blow-dry my hair, because you need to hold the button down during use. This is only a down side for the ladies with long-hair that are staying for more than 1-2 nights.

The host (Mauricio) was outstanding and nothing was too much. He even has a mini bar for free which is a nice touch and was very much appreciated. He is very friendly, informative and helpful in all matters. The aircon in the room worked very well during the 35+ degrees in Rome. Mauricio is the host you wish for on your holidays. He explained the breakfast arrangement which we understood. It could be a bit clearer in the description of the place. The location was brilliant. Supermarket across the road and restaurants all around.

Maurizio is a wonderful host. He took time to explain about the keys, the room, the free beverages and put together a nice guide with restaurants. He's available for questions, but otherwise leaves you your privacy. The room was quiet and nicely appointed, although the mattress was a bit sunken. The location is near the Spanish Steps and many restaurants and gelateria. We were only in Rome for a couple of days this time and we took taxis from the Spanish Steps taxi stand to and from our tours which were about 30 minutes away. Maurizio arranged an airport transfer for the morning of our departure which was waiting for us right outside the hotel. Some of the taxis dropped us a few blocks away as the street is congested with restaurants and tourists. It was especially nice having an elevator to carry our luggage after being in 3-story walk-ups in Florence and Venice

Mattress could be replaced.

The host was very welcoming and willing to explain anything we'd like to know. We felt we arrived at a friend's beautiful house. It was very well located, you could reach any place by walking distance, of course you know that Rome is big, and this means walking a lot, but the spot is just great! The gift of having some drinks to prepare cocktails is very kind and enjoyable. You'll need it once you are back of your day journey around the city. I recommend this place to anyone, couples, families, friends, and will definetly stay here again when I come back to Rome.

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect, strategically located near all main attractions. We loved the vintage charm of this place! They've done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated it surpassed our expectations. The guidebook had some fantastic local recommendations. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. Our host Mauriziu was respectful of our privacy but always available when needed. We were surprised to see some refreshments and fruits for us in the fridge. The common area had drinks, nuts, coffee, water, and fruits for us to use as well as a beautiful record player with a variety of old records to listen to. AC was available in all rooms, beds were comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel truly welcome. The room was clean and quiet. We especially enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the room, a perfect way to unwind after lots of walking. Highly recommended!

The beds could have been a bit softer. The shower leaked slightly onto the floor and could use some sealing, but it wasn’t a big issue.
