What an absolute Gem of a find this boutique hotel is. The Location, the size and cleanliness of the room where fantastic. The view from our room of the church across the street was beautiful. Bathroom was great, shower was powerful and the hot tub in the room was great. Breakfast was good too, you receive a 3 tiered stand with a variety of breakfast choices. We will definately be returning to this hotel. Located on the main shopping street and 4 min walk to the Spanish steps, lovely restaurants in every direction.

The Wifi in the room did not work, we had to sit in reception to book trips etc. This would not affect me returning though.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Everything you’d want to see in Rome is just a short walk away: Piazza Venezia – 10 minutes Spanish Steps – 3 minutes Piazza del Popolo – 7 minutes Fontana di Trevi – 7 minutes The Vatican – just 15 minutes on foot You couldn’t ask for a better base to explore the city!

One small suggestion: it would be great if guests were clearly given the choice to pay in Euros at checkout. Many travellers prefer using the local currency to avoid unnecessary exchange fees. That little flexibility would make an already lovely experience even better!

The apartment was big and cosy. Perfect for family's and more. You can find all the furniture inside the apartment, like in your home. Very near to Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo and near to the shop stores.

Unfortunately we didn't stay in this amazing apartment becouse of electricity problems, but the staff took care of us. Thay found another great location for us to stay. At least we saved the dinner programme. I will programme another trip again, just to enjoy this amazing suite that this time we couldn't.

Very friendly staff, special thanks to Mizan for his extra kindness and friendliness! 👏☀️The room in the second floor of a beautiful ancient building was very tidy with very comfy beds(one double and one single) and a modern, clean bathroom with perfect spacious shower plus one free bottle of water:-) - also the area directly on Via del Corso very close to the Spanish Steps is perfect (and there is an elevator:-))! Just to know: If you get a room looking into the little yard you dont hear any street noise but if you sleep with open windows, you hear a little „brumm“ from the airconditions and little engines in the backyard - but we could sleep well and you still always can close the windows ;-)in this particular room we took there are nice green plants in front of the window - because its in a kind of „brick corner“ of the backyard,there is daylight but not too bright, otherwise that makes the room very cosy(next time we might check out a room with two beds facing the street or with more daylight on the backside, but that‘s our personal taste )- overall a great place to stay, we will definitely come back to this nice hotel!

Location was perfect for this type of trip. Did not see this jacuzzi in the photo, originally thought it was part of the room, but never saw it.

In the room there was not any machine to make a coffee or tea. Also there was not daily refill of the shower shampoo and we had to buy.

Very nice small hotel in the perfect location to immerse yourself in Roman City Center life. You feel at the heart of the City, free to walk everywhere or just watch the crowds from your window. Wonderfull view of spectacular church. Comfortable bed, good furniture to accomodate needs. Good minibar & fridge.

Staff are really friendly and the breakfast is good. Room was cleaned everyday in a timely manner and the building was located very well.

The set up of the facilities was something I was not familiar with. Common areas where non available since the "hotel" was in a building were other homes and businesses are, and we were in need of space to work while traveling

When we arrived the staff at reception were extremely welcoming offering us refreshments after our journey. We stayed in the apartment and it was fantastic and the jacuzzi bath was very much used to soak our aching legs after long days travelling around. The location is fantastic, 5 min walk from Spanish steps, 10 to trevi fountain, 25 to Vatican and 30 from coliseum all the walks were great to find hidden Jems on every corner from amazing squares to breath taking churches. There is so much to see and the location was fantastic to do it all , with many bars, restaurants ,shops and supermarket all around too

Seriously one of the BEST HOTEL here in ROME!! Clean place!! Cosy room!! And a very friendly receptionist!! I think his name is Missan? He explained everything perfectly for us with my girlfriend. Plus the place is near SPANISH STEP/ METRO TRAIN AND PIAZZA VENEZIA!! I Highly recommend this hotel for couples or family people who wants to stay for a day or two… plus the jacuzzi is something else!!!

First of all - location. In the heart of the shopping and entertainment street - Via del Corso. Walking distance from all the important sites of Rome. The street is free of vehicle traffic and full of restaurants and shops. Just a dream! An amazing apartment equipped with everything you need, clean and luxurious. The staff is outstanding! Our flight was delayed and we landed at 3:00 in the morning. We were received with a smile and understanding despite the delay. Cleanliness during the stay was perfect! We will be back again and again and again! Thanks for everything!!
