Lovely spacious apartment in a great part of town, would thoroughly recommend.

Only nitpick was only supplying a single dishwasher tablet for a 5 night stay. Is minimal cost to the host and lack of them encourages guests to cut corners with cleanliness of kitchen items used.

I loved the size and comfort of the apartment and I was pleased with the location and amenities. Everything in the room functioned properly and was clean and orderly. I was very satisfied with the ease of check in.

A lot of noise from upstairs, but that is about it, overall a great stay.

Great location! Right in the midst of everything! Spanish steps, Trevi, shopping. The apartment was nice. Kitchen (we did not cook but big fridge), separate bedroom (and away from the street, but quiet at night anyway), sitting area and GREAT balcony! Lots of hangars (not a big thing but nice!). 4th floor made us tired by the top but balcony was well worth it! Manager was very kind and helpful!

Water pressure was very bad. We were warned when we met the office manager to check in that they were trying to get it fixed but WOW. I have short hair and still took me a long time to shower. I guess they have been calling to have water people check it out. By day 3, it was just a trickle. Could not shower. But was improved back to Day 1 pressure. A big downer! Halls were musty smelling but not apartment. Could use a fresh paint job. Many marks on the walls. Water was not drinkable. Very iron-y. Bought water to drink.

Excellent apartment with all of the amenities you could need! Perfect location right next to Piazza Spagna! A grocery store and deli is only a few doors down, as well as several delicious restaurants! Quiet and clean. An elevator, too! The staff was friendly and accommodating! Plenty of room for the five of us!

Wish there had been a clothes dryer but I know these are hard to come by in European cities. Otherwise, I can’t think of a thing to add!

The location near the Spanish Steps is first rate, very safe and close to great shopping and tons of wonderful restaurants. The room was very large by Rome standards and had excellent WiFi, convenient elevator, fluffy towels, great bath products, and a comfortable bed. I would absolutely stay again.

Some early 6am construction noise in the unit next door but I’m sure it’s temporary and won’t likely affect the next guest

Very clean, excellent communication, amazing location and huge. Also daily (light) housekeeping, change of towels, private entrance. Gorgeously renovated bathroom with large walk in shower. Cleaned to perfection.

Dishwasher tablets should be provided every day. It’s annoying to have to buy a 24-pack of tablets for a seven day stay. From the reviews, we knew that there was no natural light in Via Vittoria 2A, but it’s worth noting that each apartment has a very different set of amenities/layout, so look at the pictures very carefully of your specific apartment choice. Apartment should come with instructions on resetting the power. You cannot use the washer and kitchen fan at the same time. And lots of other combinations.

There is so much we liked about this place. We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of space and amenities within the apartment. The AC worked great on the hot roman days. We loved the location as well. There are lots of great restaurants and shops close by. We walked to major spots like the Spanish steps, Trevi, pantheon and more. We walked to the colosseum as well, but it was lengthy. We also used the airport transfer for an additional fee but we highly recommend it. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we'd definitely be back!

The apartment is in prime location, close to Spanish steps, Piaza de Popolo, metro station, and high end shopping stores. Grocery store, restaurants, cafe, shops and other daily needs are very close by. These are walkable distance. The apartment is very clean, staff is very friendly, maintenance team takes out trash, changes the bed sheets, changes towels every day. They keep the apartment ready everyday. My family is really appreciated this.

Can we rate 11/10?😃 Our stay was excellent: perfect location, amazing studio - interior, vibe, scent, inner balcony, silent, pleasantly warm inside (we were there for NY celebration), safe, private, such a good bed for a mega sleep after walking all day, you are in a heart of all shopping area. This location would allow you to walk to all sights no problem, and to return to an amazing accomodation to keep enjoying. The admin was communicating very promptly - link to check in was sent few days before so we had time to do it whenever it was convenient, sure any special requests would be arranged as offerred. Fantastic apartment especially for family with teens - a lovely surprise after a long trip - everyone had space and it was in a great location, super helpful and service-oriented staff, especially Elena! Will book again next time. Hotel arranged hassle-free late night pickup from airport - all went very smoothly. Carrefour Express only steps away, very convenient for stocking the fridge. Staff stored our bags on last day, as our flight was at night and we wanted to continue experiencing Rome our last day,

One bathroom for four, only accessible through master. Noise from street directly below (bring earplugs) - the consequence of being so well located. Noise. All. Night. Even with double windows. Trash in kitchen was overflowing from prior guests - yuck! But emptied next morning. Still, we would not hesitate to book again, the flat is so nice, so spacious, so well-located and staff so friendly.
