You can’t beat the location. You are walking distance from most of the main attractions in Rome. Lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby too.

Our first night was not the best to be fully honest. We visited during summer (33-36 degrees) and the air conditioning was broken. The staff was very friendly and tried to fix it by calling a technician but it was something that would take long. So we slept one night without ac or a fan. Now, for the second day they found us another room and this one had AC and all of the facilities that we needed and requested originally. Once we got this room everything was simply perfect. We are really grateful for this.

There was no breakfast included. Nothing on the premises for it. However nest by we were able to get breakfast at a coffee shop. Elon our concierge was excellent! He provided a listing of restaurants, answered our questions and provided guidance for us on our trip. He was pleasant, kind, a delightful person. He made our stay in Rome very enjoyable!

Perfect location, the room was clean and warm, comfortable bed, great shower, everything was well maintained and beautifully designed, with daily coffee capsules :) The kind staff promptly replied our requests. We felt it was a great place at a very good price.

We could hear the main entrance when it opened, on days we went to sleep early it could be a bit bothersome but overall we didn't mind it. Please note that the room is small. It didn't feel crowded though, and there was enough room for all our belongings.

We booked the Deluxe Quadruple Room for our family of four. Centrally located to Spanish steps, Piazza del Popolo and Spagna metro station. On a quiet street. Plenty of eateries around for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including small market next door for water, snacks and other small needs. Nice modern look and facilities. Received housekeeping daily. Kids slept on pull out sofa. A bit tight with all of our luggage out. But would definitely stay again. Staff were very nice, friendly, helpful and attentive with all questions and issues.

The location is excellent and the room spotless. The bed comfortable. The air con works well and we had a large terrace to ourselves. Totally recommend.

Its all good. Just be aware , and these are small points. The toilet is basically in the room with a small half door so no privacy. You may want to hang around on the terrace for your partner to have a little solo time. As you enter the building it looks pretty dingy and isnt the best smell as slightly damp. However all suites are upstiars, perfectly clean and fresh and two steps up it is perfect.

Amazing! As an American, use to American and Asia style hotel rooms you’ve got to understand European hotels are just different in many ways, like size, the bathroom/shower and beds. With that said, This hotel was amazing in every way. Location, amazing. Shower, amazing. Overall room, amazing. Bed, amazing. AC, standard and central. I can not rave enough. And for the price! Hotels in Rome can be very expensive, this was perfect. And the guy that worked the desk, he would personally come up and attend to issues (our ignorance led issues, like AC operation). Would recommend, 100 times over. And our room had a large balcony, if you see it available book this room, appears to be the only one.

The spray they spray can be strong and overpowering. The one and only complaint, if you can call it that.

The location was fantastic! Although the rooms were a bit small, there was enough space for our large luggage, and the modern design was great and very clean. The lighting options were amazing. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful.

The only downside was that the shower didn’t have any shelves or storage for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so we had to leave them on the floor.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect — close to everything in the heart of Rome . The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The host was amazing and supportive. The location is perfect. The value for money is super. Well thought design and have everything made to your comfort.

Nothing. Only they might increase the shower hot water heater capacity as it is shared between some rooms and when everyone wake up at morning you might not find a hot water at the shower because it was consumed by other guests.

The staff was really nice and helpful. There is a Carrefour right next door, which is nice. Very close to the Spanish steps. On the way there is a coffee shop Baretto which is really nice and a great breakfast spot.

There is a music conservatory across the street. Did not bother us as we are early risers.
