There was no breakfast included. Nothing on the premises for it. However nest by we were able to get breakfast at a coffee shop. Elon our concierge was excellent! He provided a listing of restaurants, answered our questions and provided guidance for us on our trip. He was pleasant, kind, a delightful person. He made our stay in Rome very enjoyable!

Perfect location, the room was clean and warm, comfortable bed, great shower, everything was well maintained and beautifully designed, with daily coffee capsules :) The kind staff promptly replied our requests. We felt it was a great place at a very good price.

We could hear the main entrance when it opened, on days we went to sleep early it could be a bit bothersome but overall we didn't mind it. Please note that the room is small. It didn't feel crowded though, and there was enough room for all our belongings.

The location is excellent and the room spotless. The bed comfortable. The air con works well and we had a large terrace to ourselves. Totally recommend.

Its all good. Just be aware , and these are small points. The toilet is basically in the room with a small half door so no privacy. You may want to hang around on the terrace for your partner to have a little solo time. As you enter the building it looks pretty dingy and isnt the best smell as slightly damp. However all suites are upstiars, perfectly clean and fresh and two steps up it is perfect.

We booked the Deluxe Quadruple Room for our family of four. Centrally located to Spanish steps, Piazza del Popolo and Spagna metro station. On a quiet street. Plenty of eateries around for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including small market next door for water, snacks and other small needs. Nice modern look and facilities. Received housekeeping daily. Kids slept on pull out sofa. A bit tight with all of our luggage out. But would definitely stay again. Staff were very nice, friendly, helpful and attentive with all questions and issues.

Amazing! As an American, use to American and Asia style hotel rooms you’ve got to understand European hotels are just different in many ways, like size, the bathroom/shower and beds. With that said, This hotel was amazing in every way. Location, amazing. Shower, amazing. Overall room, amazing. Bed, amazing. AC, standard and central. I can not rave enough. And for the price! Hotels in Rome can be very expensive, this was perfect. And the guy that worked the desk, he would personally come up and attend to issues (our ignorance led issues, like AC operation). Would recommend, 100 times over. And our room had a large balcony, if you see it available book this room, appears to be the only one.

The spray they spray can be strong and overpowering. The one and only complaint, if you can call it that.

The location was fantastic! Although the rooms were a bit small, there was enough space for our large luggage, and the modern design was great and very clean. The lighting options were amazing. The front desk staff was really friendly and helpful.

The only downside was that the shower didn’t have any shelves or storage for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so we had to leave them on the floor.

The host was amazing and supportive. The location is perfect. The value for money is super. Well thought design and have everything made to your comfort.

Nothing. Only they might increase the shower hot water heater capacity as it is shared between some rooms and when everyone wake up at morning you might not find a hot water at the shower because it was consumed by other guests.

Excellent location, 5 minutes from the Spanish steps, clean, quiet, near the entrance, super excellent, the owner of the house communicated with me on WhatsApp and we even approached her office on the main street and she helped us and answered questions. Excellent place, highly recommend. A bit of a whistle for 4 but we managed. We went up to the apartment by somewhat narrow stairs. But not bad.

Everything was great. Rooms are spacious and clean (very clean tbh). Staff is very helpful. It was also possible to leave suitcases on reception after the checkout. Location is amazing: it is in a city center and what was really important -- rooms are very quite. You won't hear crowds, music etc.

The property was very clean, great location near to the Spanish steps and not far from other major attractions. The gentleman on reception was very pleasant and helpful. For the size of the room I thought the space was well utilised. Powerful shower which is always a bonus!

The property was great the only one thing I would say is maybe to have more storage around the sink area
