The location was perfect for a first visit to Rome. It was walking distance (if you are a good walker) to all the iconic things to see. It was also easy to access from the train station, by taking the subway just 3 stops. We were able to get to the airport by taking the subway to the train station and then the airport train shuttle, which saved us a lot of money! The woman we dealt with was very responsvie via text.

If breakfast was included that would have made a quick morning meal a bit easier. There is a space with tables and a small kitchen, not sure what it was or is used for.

We had an incredible stay in this apartment right in the heart of Rome, on the beautiful Via del Babuino. The location is absolutely brilliant – you are truly in the historic center, and we walked everywhere: from the Spanish Steps to the Vatican, the Colosseum, and beyond. It was a joy to explore the city entirely on foot. The apartment itself is on the third floor and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and room were spotless, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches – not just shampoo and shower gel, but also hair conditioner and body lotion. These small details made a big difference! Despite being in the heart of Rome, in a beautifully preserved historic building, do note that you may hear some street noise at night – the original windows add to the charm, but they don't fully block out the sounds of the city. However, what truly surprised and delighted us was waking up to the sound of birds chirping from the nearby rooftop gardens – an unexpected gift in such a bustling city. That peaceful moment each morning more than made up for any noise at night. For me, it was perfect. Our host, Vittoria, is truly the heart of this place. Warm, helpful, and attentive, she was great to communicate with and happily offered local tips, including where to eat without falling into tourist traps. Her personal touch really elevated our experience. Also, the fridge is located in the shared kitchen area, where you’ll find complimentary water and coffee at all times – a nice bonus. If you’re looking for a centrally located, comfortable, and beautifully designed stay in Rome with a kind and responsive host, this is the perfect choice.

great location, very clean, a very big room, great sery

The wi fi didn’t work well, no reception or very weak. the bed was too soft and blanket not comfortable. the safe was locked and after we asked it was fixed but we saw it wasn’t attached to anything so we didn’t use it. all the closets were rocking, not something we expected at a room like that. Breakfast was continental, although there was a note on the door that had a menu only continental was served, I would think that this was noted at the web. The curtains didn’t cover well so a lot light in the early morning.

Next to the center, near the Spanish Stairs. very clean and equipped. . At first going inside is like an escape room (: and there was nobody at the reception, but we communicate throw WhatsApp- ..Vittoria is so kind and Immediately takes care of everything we asked for

The water flow is very weak. (I understood its like this all over Italy..)

- location was very central - private access with code - lift - neat room - excellent customer care even through WhatsApp - excellent airport pick up/drop off

- contrary to room description: no private water heater & no private fridge (must be used in shared kitchen) - contrary to room description: no iron facility within the room - breakfast is more basic than the one described (salty, healthy, sweet) - curtain was partially torn

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The cleanliness and spaciousness were impressive, and the staff is welcoming . They also offer to store our luggage at no extra cost before check-in and after check-out. The location was fantastic, further elevating our experience with its convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent service, and ideal location.

We liked everything

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was amazing.

The communication with the receptionist was kind of problematic. I wanted the invoice for my company and I only received via chat a bad photo of the printed invoice, while they never gave me a printed invoice . Most communications were done via chat, never actually met her in person.

We opted to take the larger room to give us more space to leave our luggage. The room was comfortable, large bed, daily house cleaning. We hardly saw the staff but they could be contacted via WhatsApp during our stay.

Rooms could do with a little maintenance but it's all cosmetic.

Location is great. Staff is nice and friendly.

The bed is uncomfortable. The mattress is bad. The pillows are hard

Our room was called Cozy, which is was. The air conditioning worked well, which was essential in a record heat wave. The bathroom was very spacious and clean and the room was very quiet. The location near and Piazza del Populo is exceptional

There was no staff on duty on the day we arrived. Instructions for getting into the building and using the electronic locks on doors was not provided and we had to text for information. The elevator to the third floor location is tiny.
