The room is very spacious and clean. The balcony with a green terrace view as calming. Most importantly, the owner's little recommendation book was extremely helpful. I followed his suggestion to shop and eat, all fantastic! The included breakfast buffet was also nice.

This is a very minor issue: the front desk lady wanted me to wait for her to print and review the bill even after I told her that just bill on my card as I was rushing to the airport in the morning with my daughter. I appreciate she's doing her job but hotel shall allow express "checkout" as I already authorized them with my credit card when I check in. Overall the staff team were very nice and helpful. Just a suggestion.

We lived in Rome a few years ago, next to the hotel, and we love that corner of Rome. When we lived in Rome we ate a few times at EMME, the restaurant of the Margutta 19 Hotel, which is a great restaurant. So, for our 50th anniversary, we decided to stay for 4 days in the hotel, celebrating our jubilee with good friends from Rome. The hotel was an outstanding experience. The staff was great; Thank you, Valerio, for the coffee in the early mornings, thank you Alessandro for the efficient checkout, and thanks to the two wonderful girls at the reception who were trying so hard to make us happy and satisfied. The room was fantastic with a view of the inner garden, and the breakfast was great. In short, we will most probably come again and we cordially and unequivocally recommend this place.

Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and the breakfast staff very friendly. The courtyard was beautiful, and Via Margutta must be the quietest street Rome! The little booklet of handy hints was fantastic.

Barely anything. The turndown service was hit and miss. Some of the staff could have been warmer.

Our stay at Margutta 19 hotel was nothing short of superb. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and our room with a garden view was a delightful touch. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is evident, and it feels like the general manager is personally ensuring everything is perfect. We are so happy we chose to stay here and will definitely return for future visits. A special thanks to Nabila at reception, who was amazing and incredibly helpful, making our stay even more wonderful. We can't thank her enough and the entire team!

Beautiful small luxury hotel in the city center, right next to Piazza del Popolo. Completely renovated in 2019 and everything working perfectly. Beautiful silent rooms with super comfortable beds.

Couldn't really complain about anything. Everyone was friendly and I had a great stay. Will come back.

Breakfast service was a bit patchy depending on staff on duty but selection on the buffet table was excellent...

Although well designed and nicely decorated I would warn that Deluxe room was incredibly small, requiring a careful shuffle at the foot of the bed to get to the bathroom. Late night visits to the W/C came with some peril! Only one chair in the room ( and no space for another) make relaxing difficult. With no lobby or comfortable bar in the public areas options were limited
