The hotel it's beautiful

My boyfriend and I tried to drink in the bar, and the workers denied the entry because the service was only for man and girl, and We felt so humiliated.

Absolutely fantastic location, some helpful staff, great breakfast, cute room.

When we checked in our luggage that particular concierge was incredibly snooty about our bags being backpacks not suitcases, and in general acted rather smugly toward us. Every other concierge / host was accomodating, however. Additionally we were woken up at 4 AM by a phone call saying “the police are here”- in the hotel’s defence there was a guest making a particular scene, however we were fast asleep sleep and then very disoriented, and due to check-out that morning . The concierge at the other end of the phone apologised for the noise (we couldn’t hear anything) and said we could move to a suite right now. We didn’t take up that offer as we felt we wouldn’t have been able to get back to sleep anyway - which unfortunately we weren’t able to anyway.

We decided to come back here after spending 4 days first time three years ago. The location is amazing. They have roof top bars and restaurant with a wonderful view. Service is amazing. The staff couldn’t be more warming, friendly, exceptional. All of them. We had lunch in they restaurant Brillo, a fantastic Asian dinner at their newly open Asian roof restaurant. Drinks at the other bar. Staff is wonderful and service too. We will definitely come back! Hopefully soon. This is now home for us when in town!

Little note to management: let your staff wear summer uniforms for those serving in the restaurants. With this hot weather we could see the struggling on their face. Don’t know… nice elegant linen shirt and trousers for example. More air con in restaurants and roof top areas would be also beneficial.

Beautifully decorated. Very attentive staff. Great location. Good choice of restaurants. Comfortable room. Nice food and staff in the Brillo restaurant.

No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. The downstairs bar did not appear to be open and the upstairs restaurants were fully booked on the Saturday night. Were told we could not enter the venue where we could hear jazz music coming from unless we were dining but had already eaten so didn’t benefit from the entertainment which was one of the main reasons we booked here.

I recommend for short stays only as whilst rooms are good but small and dark, staff are lovely and location is brilliant.

Gym has basic and minimal equipment. Had to ask for gym towels two mornings in a row. No water provided either. Had to ask for a kettle for the room. They said all used up in other rooms. They offered to bring 2 x hot cups of water up to room. Fell asleep waiting. Two hours later housekeeping knocked on door and woke me up. I didn't make a fuss, they apologised but said I should have put "Do not disturb" sign on door! I would still recommend for short stay only as whilst rooms are good but small, staff are lovely and location is brilliant.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of great sights and many restaurants. The beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. The rooftop breakfast provides great views and in the evening it turns into a nice restaurant. We also enjoyed an evening in the jazz bar. We very much enjoyed our stay and would come back… but only if we can stay at a higher floor and in a bigger room. (See below)

Our room was very small (but functional) with not much of a seating area and really no room to move around or get ready to go out with two people at the same time. The hotel’s interior is quite dark and I kept getting lost finding my way to the stairs. I suspect that on the lower floors, you would be kept awake by the live music at night. We were on the second floor and it was still quite loud. We slept well however, as we walked so much through the city that we were too tired not to sleep! If you’re a light sleeper the noise might be too much.

Location couldn’t be better. It was perfect walking distance to EVERYTHING!! We are a family of 3 and the triple room was perfect. My 12 year old daughter had her own room (sofa bed in lounge area) which gave us all privacy. Hotel had 3 bars (including roof top bar for aperitivi) and 2 restaurants. Breakfast was superb. We can honestly find no fault with any aspect of the hotel. Front of house staff were incredibly welcoming and bar staff were wonderful. We will stay here again.

Incredible hotel! Exceptionally clean, utterly beautiful, comfiest beds, great air con (which was much needed!) best buffet breakfast with excellent service. All of the team who work there were so helpful, accommodating, friendly and simply wonderful! You MUST go to Bar Brillo, which is part of the hotel. Outstanding food, the BEST team of waiting staff, who we miss already, and great atmosphere. The location is in easy walking distance of all the attraction. It's my 3rd stay here, and I cantbwait to go back again!

1. The decor is *chef’s kiss*. For this aspect only I’d say value is more than you can get for the price. Don’t believe their photo of the deluxe quadruple because the actual room looks WAY better. (You guys need to update the room profile) 2. Great location for shopping: super close to piazza del popolo, connected to spagna steps by via del babuino with ten minutes’ walk. 3. Safe is pretty big. 4. Staffs are generally very friendly and helpful, though can’t say that for everyone.

1. Space is pretty tight for said type of room so might have problem laying out bigger suitcases. 2. The shower easily overflows & floods.
