The location is literally a few steps from the Piazza del Popolo and a short walk from the Borghese gardens. A metro station is nearby to take you to other landmarks. The proprietor was very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed and pillows were very nice. I especially want to thank the property for having an excellent lighted mirror for doing makeup and an extra mirror on a shelf that allows you to see the back of your hair. Finally, a hotel room where I feel confident getting ready for the day — thank you!

There was nothing not to like. If you have accessibility concerns through, please be aware that a) taxis cannot drop you right in front because it is a pedestrian-only street (it is only a short distance to drop off though), b) it is necessary to go up a few steps to reach the elevator, c) the elevator may be too small to accommodate a wheelchair, and d) there are also a few small steps between the lobby and the rooms.

I don’t usually gave a feedback but this property is exceptional. The property is very central, walking distance to the most tourist attractions. They change your towels everyday and replace toilet rolls. Free water bottle and clean room/shower room. Gianni the staff is very nice and helpful. He gave us a good restaurants with discount rates as long you’re staying in Tridente . He sort out our taxi from airport to the hotel. Antonio the owner is brilliant, very kind, his just text away, he message you right away to all your enquiries, he sort out also our taxi from hotel to the airport and he make you feel as his special guests not a customer. His a man with a good heart and intention to his guests.

Due to central location it can be very noisy at night and early morning; but it didn’t bother me and my son. TV remote control and tables are dusty but it didn’t bother me because we’re always out.

Situated just down from the Piazza del Poppolo, Tridente Suites is a charming location with rich history and modern furnishings. Our stay there was spectacular! Our host, Antonio, was warm, welcoming and incredibly informative. We had a wonderful time exploring Rome, everything was very walkable from the location and near to the Flaminio stop on the Metro for further trips! At Tridente Suites there is a lift for convenience, lovely air con and the room itself was clean and incredibly well presented. We couldn't recommend staying here more! :)

The location is excellent overlooking the Piazza Del Popolo. From here the sights such as the Villa Borghese, Colosseum, Piazza Novona, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and more are easily walkable. Metro stop is only metres away for further connectivity. The rooms are in a delightful old building with access by elevator or broad staircase. Very secure and safes in rooms for peace of mind. The owner Antonio is a wonderful host. This my go to place to stay whenever I am in Rome

For me there is nothing to dislike

EVERYTHING! Firstly the location was superb! Right on the edge of Piazza del Popolo square and central to shops and all the major attractions. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The bed was SO comfortable and we felt well rested after busy days. The host Antonio was a true gentleman, nothing was too much trouble, he spent time with us when we first arrived talking through the map and surrounding areas, made recommendations for good places to eat and was a genuine family man, we were treated like family friends. Our stay was booked by my husband as a surprise for my 50th birthday and Antonio made such a lovely fuss of us. We would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity, you won’t regret it.

Nothing whatsoever!

Tridente Suites truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we booked, Antonio—the owner—was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Even after check-in, he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable throughout our 2-night stay, checking in regularly to see if we needed anything. The room was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re planning a trip to Rome, I highly recommend staying at Tridente Suites!

The location, the staff and the rooms were all perfect. Antonio welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we were made comfortable from the outset. He arranged taxi collection which went smoothly and he ensured we were happy with the service. He also took time out to show us on the map where all the major attractions were located in relation to the suites, it was like a ‘lightbulb moment’ for getting our bearings of the city and made our whole trip so much easier to navigate and enjoy. We will be back and definitely wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Rome.

Nothing it was all great

The location of this property is amazing. It’s easy to access and it’s right in a popular, vibrant street. The staff was phenomenal and took such great care of me and my girlfriends. They provided assistance with securing transportation for us going to the port, being picked up and then to the airport. I can’t think them enough.

There wasn’t much that I didn’t like about the property however, the elevator was only big enough for two people. But it’s definitely something you can work with.

Great location. Super central and close to everything! Even though it’s in the middle of the city, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the bed was big and comfortable. We really enjoyed how easy it was to get around from this hotel.

Thin walls. You can clearly hear people talking, especially the staff during their breaks or when chatting in the early morning hours. It didn’t ruin our stay, but light sleepers might find it a bit disturbing.

I recently stayed at Tridente Suites,located in the heart of the city, and I couldn't have been more impressed.
