The property is located very close to the Spanish steps, via Condotti and the other main shopping streets. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and modern with great water pressure. It was also in a quiet area.

The property is well located on the opposite bank from the Vatican. The room was large and beautiful with 5m high coffered ceilings and a large and very comfortable bed with a small en suite bath with small shower. They provided a stocked mini-fridge, fruit, espresso, and other snacks on a stylish dining table so I'm not sure if they provide a traditional breakfast as the room provided all I needed to start my day. There were plenty of outlets next to the bed and a large flat screened television with access to streaming subscriptions. I have a sleep disorder and Andrea kindly assured that I had a quiet room as requested and the bonus was that it had a nice view on the street. The front door code was a bit tricky but the room keys were exactly as described so there was no problem accessing the room.

There was limited space around the sink to put my toiletries and although the ones they provided were nice they don't provide body lotion or hair conditioner. There were also only 4 hangers provided and the safe was super tiny and without directions. I'm a titanium loyalty member at Marriott so I know my way around hotel safes but this one was impossible. I would definitely stay there again but the property is so beautiful that these thoughtful corrections would make it 5star.

Clean and spacious in the heart of Rome. Hosts were great with great suggestions for restaurants and organising airport transfers.

We were two couples and one of the bedrooms was the living area. You had to walk through to get to bathroom. It didn’t affect our stay but others may not like the setup.

The proprietor Paolo couldn't have been more helpful from the time we met him when we checked in to the time we checked out. He assisted with places to visit not necessarily on the 'tourist trail' and nothing was any problem up to the point where he secured our bags for a late check out and provided a bathroom and facilities before leaving. The room was spacious, with lots of storage space a great TV selection and power sockets, the bathroom clean, well appointed and modern. Air conditioning, windows or heating it was all there - the continental breakfast in your room was perfect to set you up for the day without having to go down to a breakfast room and eat at leisure when you wanted.

Nothing springs to mind and I have tried to find something !

The size of the two main rooms was amazing. Somewhat a hybrid of a hotel and apartment rental, there was a small kitchenette (fully supplied with most of what you’d need) and two additional big rooms. Generally as pictured. I had very little interaction with the staff, but they were friendly and helpful when I did. Communication was clear and we had no issues arriving in the evening and getting into the property. The property was a very good value.

The bathroom was small relative to the size of the other rooms. The shower stall was very small and awkward. It also was not easy to keep the water from leaking out quite a bit. Generally, the rooms were clean, but the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

Very clean and within walking distance of major attractions. Wonderful eating options close by. (Da Edy and Pasta Urbana). We felt safe and secure. Slept very well! Lovely clean, bright, and spacious room - perfect for a family of three. AC was essential during the heat wave and worked perfectly. Our mini bar was complementary and restocked every day which was a very nice and welcome surprise during the heat wave.

The shower grouting needs a deep clean. Lovely bathroom otherwise.

The location, just 100m or so from Piazza del Popolo was amazing. There were lots of excellent restaurants, bars, gelateria within a 5 minute walk. The apartment was a great size with original high ceilings and separate bedrooms which was so much better than the standard "family room" at a hotel. The hosts provided a selection of snacks, fresh fruit, milk, bottled water and canned drinks which were included. The amenities in the room were much more than I would expect for a 3* hotel with free WiFi, a smart TV, a functional mini kitchen and safe. Our boys loved the bunk beds and a sofa bed was provided if needed.

The shower was the handheld type - a stand would have really helped along with shower screen.

We had a two bedroom apartment with a very efficient kitchen area and plenty of storage space. Good air conditioning which was managed independently in each room. The rooms were refreshed each day including fresh oranges, cakes and biscuit and water. The location was good as most attractions within walking distances. My husband walks with a stick and he managed to make it to the Pantheon OK! The 'receptionist' was delightful and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and extra pillow if you wanted. There are restaurants within a few steps and a shopping area very close by.

Arriving with no reception was a bit daunting as we are in our late 70s but it did work out just fine. You had to be careful that you don't leave the room with the key card in the 'light' switch as you won't get back in but they did issue us another card quite readily.

Paulo's explanations were helpful and easy to understand. All the restaurants he recommended were very, very good. The room had a kitchen and was very convenient for our stay.

The building's entrance facade was under construction. I could not see the city view from the window. I always choose hotels with balconies because I like to see the city. It was very disappointing.

Great location. Check in was easy and efficient. Lift was very helpful. Staff was responsive and had good communication. Breakfast snacks were good and tasty and replenished everyday. Kitchenette and sink was very useful with espresso maker a nice touch.

Bathroom was not very clean. WC flush was running and malfunctioning during stay. Plumber came to fix and was responsive, but we just gave up when it began running again in the middle of night after it was supposed to be fixed. City tax was double what booking estimated- 6e pp per day instead of 3e. When asked I was told the city doubled tax in September. Was a surprise and booking listing should be corrected going forward.
