This property is located near many tourist locations, one street off of the famous Via del Corso. Many restaurants within walking distance. The staff was so helpful and sweet. It was easy to locate upon arrival. The staff even allowed us to drop our luggage off early. The room was beautiful, we paid for a smaller room. However, it was still room enough for us! The shower was so big, bed was comfy, and it even has a trundle bed off to the side. Lots of enmities.

The best thing about this stay has to be the amazing staff. We were taken care of from the moment of booking to the moment we left. All questions answered, no stone left unturned. Yasmin (staff we interacted with) was super friendly, polite, knowledgeable and gave us the best start to Rome you could have. The location was excellent, close to many many shops, restaurants, tourist attractions (dependent on what you consider a long or short walk). The visit was part work part leisure and was made all the better by the fantastic service provided. 5/5 for Yasmin! Thank you very much

The only thing that was a let down was the bathroom/toilet. As no windows (as is the case for many properties) not much ventilation is provided and leads to a slightly unpleasant smell, and damage around shower area due to water. Apart from this no other issues.

On a 10 point scale Ripetta's location should be 11. 10 steps from the Ara Pacis, you can walk to every site in the Centro Storico and the Vatican Flaminio and Spagna metro stations are a few minutes' walk too.

Hot water heater went out while I was in the hotel but they fixed it within half an hour. There's no breakfast included but there are plenty of places nearby to get cappuccino and "cornetto" or if you want eggs and bacon, there's a McD's at Flaminio.

The property was in a great location with a minute walk to the main shopping street, a few extra minutes to the closest metro, fabulous cafes close for breakfast small express carrefour for any snacks and 5/10 minutes from some of the big sights like the pantheon, trevi and the Spanish steps. The apartment itself was clean and nicely decorated with a fabulous jacuzzi bath, modern and clean toilet and room was made with fresh towels every morning.

Not much not to like, if I had to think of something it would be that the bed slats have been screwed in so you could hear them squeak when you moved in bed. Not something to complain about but maybe the slats had to be screwed in as a repair

It was beautiful and spacious especially for myself and my 3 teenage girls. We had lots of space and natural light. It was very clean, had windows that opened and AC which was perfect for a good nights sleep. We didn’t see any staff, but we knew they were there, keeping our room clean and replenishing shed when needed. Building and room was very safe, quiet and private. Location was amazing, walking distance to everything and very easy to get a taxi too.

The staff (Francesca) was amazing, she gave us all the best places to visit and showed us where to find them on a map, and she sent us a list of excellent food and drink places that they recommend. They were very accommodating and friendly and the room itself was perfect, the complex felt very safe and secure and clean. The location was very ideal, one street back from the main strip and only a 15-30 min walk to all major attractions!

Location was the best. Up the road is the piazza del popolo with many fine restaurants. Down the road were more amazing restaurants with best gelato ice cream. Also can walk to spanish steps(15minutes) and trevi fountain(50minutes). Location won with this property. Its an apartment thats really good taken care of. Easy access with codes. Great wifi.

Share the kettle and fridge.

The staff coudln't do more to help and I loved that i was contacted a week before offering any help with my trip. Very good location as many other reviews said.

It's a room in an appartment block, so if you are looking for a hotel this isn't for you.

The place was fantastic, the staff were super fríendly and offered recommendations for food and drinks around the área. It was a good location pretty nearby to the sights would definetly stay again 🙂

I had a little bit of difficulty getting in I didn't see the buzzer and got a little confused for a few minutes

Large bed, was comfortable, gave multiple pillows! The bathroom was nice.

The air conditioner was older, and didn’t appear well maintained (but it worked ok). There was water damage on the ceilings that took away some of the luxury feel.
