This hotel was about 2 blocks away from Piazza di Popolo and a short walk to the Borghese Gardens. This made for a nice passagiatta after dinner. It was in an area that was loaded with restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and were ready to be of assistance. The elevator worked fine and was available from the ground floor. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

The internet in our room, 401, was inoperable. When I went to the lobby, it was very good. There was no sitting area in the room. I was a bit disappointed. I expected a room with a seating area.

The room was too basic in terms of amenities. There were no means for making coffee or tea, though that was promised in the room description. A closet would be a very useful and needed addition. We didn't get a refill of water, despite our request, and a clogged shower wasn't fixed.

Fabulous stay and location. Seriously couldn't do better. The team were so helpful and welcoming. Close to Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. Loved it, made our first trip to Rome.

The location is very nice, close to everything you could visit. We were very impressed with the location, 5 mins from piazza del popolo and 8 mins walk from the spanish steps. Staff was lovely and helpful, gave us a lot of useful informations about the city . The room well decorated and bed so new and comfortable. we slept so well.

We used this hotel as a resting spot before continuing our journey by car, and surprised us... room was very nice and comfortable, also bed and pillows, we could rest very well. Staff was friendly, all were very clean, great shower and water pressure.

we liked the location, rooms are adequately spacious except for room 101 not big enough for 4 people and aircon and wifi not working

The location of the hotel was excellent. Very convenient hotel, nice rooms and very clean. the staff was very friendly and ready to help us anytime. I would definately recommend it!!! We had a great time!
