The location of the property was absolutely amazing! We were able to walk absolutely everywhere. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was very much appreciated in the heat. The staff were wonderful and so communicative and we felt very well looked after. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

The one complaint I have was the lack of sound proofing. The location is very central so the street is very busy with lots of alarms going off on the middle of the night. We could also hear every other guest enter the building and opening and closing doors. Overall the noise was really the only thing that would need improvement, everything else was perfect!

Omg, I don't even know where to begin! First of all, Gianmarco is the most exceptional host, he was so kind, helpful, hospitable, positive and funny! He also helped us by printing our concert tickets ♡ And the apartment - I don't have the words to describe it faithfully! The design is modern and elegant, there's everything you need, the mini bar is refilled daily (and it's free of charge!), the cleaning ladies are amazing at keeping it nice and clean - it's truly a gem with one of the most popular streets in Rome! It is also very easy and simple to enter the building and the guesthouse itself. And then, THE LOCATION. Oh. My. God. First of all, All'Antico Vinaio sandwich shop was right under our window!! Everything, and when I say everything, I literally mean EVERYTHING is at the walking distance away from the guesthouse! We were visiting the most popular monuments and tourist attractions multiple times a day - it was THAT close! And we looove to walk, to truly absorb the magic of the Rome. We also visited Fontana di Trevi at 4am, to avoid the crowd, and it was extremely safe for two girls. Since the guesthouse is in Via del Corso, the street is bustling with life and we loved every second of it! Multiple Carrefour Expresses are nearby, amazing restaurants, leather stores, and of course, all of your favorite brands! Lastly, keep it in mind that this is not a hotel. This is a guesthouse, and the respect must be mutual. We loved every second of our stay at Spagna Boutique and this is the accommodation we'll 100% return to, when we come back to Rome! ☆☆☆☆☆

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome! The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable, even better than expected. Everything was spotlessly clean, and housekeeping came by daily to tidy up and replace our water bottles, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive—they even messaged me personally during our stay to check in and make sure everything was going well. Plus, the location couldn’t be better, right on a beautiful shopping street, close to everything! It made exploring the city so easy. Such a great experience overall, would definitely stay here again!🇮🇹

Location & cleanliness

I recently stayed at Spagna Boutique and overall had a very good experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Rome near the Spanish Steps, making it easy to walk to all major attractions.The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, which made check-in and check-out smooth.

The only downside is that you can hear everything happening in the hallway, so if you’re sensitive to noise, this might be a consideration.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Spagna Boutique in Rome. The hotel is in a very central location, situated on Via del Corso, one of the most famous streets in Rome. It is close to all the major tourist attractions, within walking distance. Although we arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, we were able to leave our luggage comfortably and start exploring the city. The room was very clean and tidied daily throughout our stay. It included a coffee machine, kettle, coffee capsules, and tea options. Beverages such as water, prosecco, and beer in the minibar were offered as complimentary treats. The staff checked in during our stay to see if we needed anything. Despite its central location, the hotel was not noisy. In summary, we were pleased with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if we returned to Rome.

Located on the second floor at Via del Corso 43, the only downside is that hotel guests do not have elevator access. However, we didn’t find this too challenging, and they also mentioned that they would assist with luggage if needed.

We had a great stay at Spagna Boutique, the room was in a fantastic location - with the Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Colosseum & Roman Forum all within walking distance. Gianmarco meet us at the room upon our arrival & we found her to be very friendly & very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable & had a great shower. There was a great bakery/coffee shop a couple of doors down from the location we stayed, which was ideal for Breakfast. We will definitely hope to return at some point.

The location was amazing right in the heart of the center and the main via del corso! Everything is near by and walking distance. The staff was wonderful! The room even had a small balcony with a beautiful view! A mini fridge with complimentary drinks and coffee machine. We were beyond comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We will go back to spagna boutique whenever in ROME!

We loved everything. nothing bad to say at all.

The location was excellent, right on Via del Corso overlooking the street just a few blocks from Piazza del Popolo. Our host was attentive and kept in touch days before our arrival with instructions on how to access the property (although he met us at the door to the building). The well-furnished room was small but had soundproof windows, a well-stocked mini-mini-bar and a very nice bathroom with new fixtures and a great shower.

Two things: 1) The booking process was a bit complicated because "Spagna" has rooms at more than one location even though they appear as one on Booking.com and are at different nearby addresses. The complication for us was that we were traveling with friends and wound up staying in different buildings even though we both booked "Spagna". 2) The incessant bright green neon light from the pharmacy in front of our room flashed invaded our room all night long in spite of the curtain.

The location and availability of a lift. Good privacy despite being in a busy street. The shower has good pressure and hot water. Comfortable bed and pillows. The nice and helpful hosts. Room size was big enough for me.

Nothing but just some improvement needed on the internet, and the TV wasn’t working. I didn’t need it but would be nice to have since it is included in the room cost. More lighting in the bathroom and a place to put toiletries in the shower. A pair of room slippers would be helpful too. It is clean enough in general but floor was a bit dusty. I did find a bug but maybe it is because I opened the window for some air. Some corners needed some touch up and paint but it’s not a problem for me.
