very clean, easy check-in and check-out, very friendly and responsive staff. the location is the best, we pretty much walked to any place from there. added bonus that mini bar was included and had pretty nice snacks and drinks. the whole building gives you the atmosphere of the city. great value for money.

wifi was quite slow, we ended up using cellular data mostly. also the shower door didn't close tightly, so everytime someone takes a shower, the water drips out to the bathroom floor. wouldn't say these caused any major inconveniences to us, but just something to keep in mind or fix :)

Great host (Katerina) who was very kind and helpful to us. The room was neat and tidy. The water bottles and coffee capsules were refilled at no extra charge which was a great benefit. The location itself is very good, close to Spanish Steps.

The only thing which was not convenient for us personally is that the hotel is situated in a pedestrian zone and we had some hassle while trying to get to and from the hotel by a taxi. However, if you are not a family with a little child and a heavy luggage, then you can walk 5-10 mins to the nearest pick-up/drop-off point.

Everything! The furnishing are new , clean modern and the room is spacious . The bed is comfortable and the owner provided generous amount of snacks and drinks. The location is perfect. Near to all the good restaurants and shopping area. The pantheon is just a short easy walk away. There is nothing NOT to love abt the place. Worth every single penny. Just book this place wo any hesitation.

The property is very clean, the staffs Catarina was superb, she was very informative and charming. I left my phone in the room when we were checking out and we already locked Room. They were very helpful on-time. Thank you and when i come to Rome again i will Stay in the Suite. I Thank Katarina Also for welcoming bottle of Prosecco 😃

Property is v elegant,clean and neat. Close to metro 3-4 mins walk, same as Spanish steps. Close to all shops,cafes,supermarket and restaurants. On first floor a small elevator is available. They provide daily free beverages and water in mini bar. V helpful staff. Room has a small kitchenette with coffee machine.

The property is lovely, traditional building with high ceilings, small balconies with view to the courtyard. You couldn’t ask for a better location, close to shops, restaurants, places of historical interest. The host was very accommodating, and even surprised our friend with a bottle of Prosecco for her birthday. Our room was immaculate and cleaned daily. We would come back tomorrow if time allowed it!

Everything was perfect!

Location was perfect. Owner was friendly and so welcoming. The suite was beautiful with high ceilings, small kitchenette, balcony and bidet. Bed was huge and comfy. Perfect three day stay. They have an elevator too.

Everything was perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was brilliant it was spotlessly clean, they restocked the fridge every day with water fizzy pop juice and beer. The location is central and everything is within walking distance. I will most definitely return here on our next visit to Rome

I loved everything

Perfect location, modern & clean, spacious rooms, very high ceilings and good furnishing.

The only thing to be aware of with such central location (Via Corso) is noise during the night (street cleaners, people talking etc) the street echoes so it can be noisy - but it’s not too bad and worth the central location.

The apartment is on a busy street with bunch of stores and restaurants. The apartment was clean and the beds were actually great. The staff was changing the towels every day. We got some snacks and drinks for free, it was great.
