This room is just great! The location is excellent in the center of things on the main avenue but nevertheless the entrance is internal so the room is very quiet. It should be noted that there is a guard at the entrance to the building most of the day. Also, the boulevard in this part is very safe with policemen, which gives a high sense of security. During most hours of the day, this part of the boulevard is closed to vehicles, which is excellent. These are several guest rooms on the first floor, with an elevator. The room had everything we wanted. There is a window to the patio, there is a television, a coffee machine , mini bar, good air conditioner. The shower is a bit small but the water flow is excellent. The bed is very comfortable and there is a socket next to it. There is a reception desk during the day. The service is excellent and you receive a polite response with a smile. The owner of the place with whom the communication was on WhatsApp was also very nice. There is an option to check in through an app so there is no need for a person to open the door. We had a great time and will definitely come back. thanks!

I will mention something, but it is important to understand that these things are really marginal and it didn't bother us. But still I gave a score of 9 out of 10 and this is because the room is a little small (for a couple with a suitcase it was great for us) and the shower is also a little small (as mentioned, it doesn't matter that much)

Its location is perfect. We walked everywhere. Despite it’s hot in Rome right now, we could come back in the middle of day for a quick rest and go out again refreshed because of its perfect location. Air conditioner and wifi worked excellent. The room is very clean and comfortable. A little things like espresso machine with more than enough coffee pods, complimentary wine, slippers made this property an excellent as I know some other smaller properties don’t provide. Also they did house keeping everyday and host Grace was really friendly and helpful. So I definitely recommend this property to anyone who come for a short holiday.

It’s our first time in Italy so we didn’t know anything about how to find a property so we wondered the street a bit as driver couldn’t drop right in front of the property(restricted zone and my international roaming didn’t work so it didn’t help either) We were expecting a bigger sign like a big hotel but it’s just a suite in an apartment building as we don’t have this kind of thing in Australia. Initially confusing if it’s your first time in Italy I guess. Maybe some photos or explanations like a more noticeable shop names etc would have been helpful as the building itself can be easily overlooked.

Location is perfect for sights including the Spanish steps and piazza del popelo, and an abundance of restaurants. There were even some restaurant recommendations in the room which were good. The room was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. The coffee machine was a really nice touch to start the day with. Maria and Frederico were in contact throughout the booking process and ensured we had all we needed, and even booked a door to door taxi for the airport transfer which was a massive help. We absolutely would stay again.

The room was beautiful as seen in the pictures. Super central location!!! It wasn't busy or noisy despite being in the main shopping street. Not many cars passed by so we felt safe even just walking around. Surrounded by shops, bakeries and walking distance from piazza di spagna, trevi fountain and piazza navona. The room was cleaned very well every day! The place also felt very secure as the main door and royal rooms door could be locked. Also, they gave us free water which was amazing in the august heat! Also, AC and shower were very good as well.

When we arrived we were told that the money we had to pay on the spot in cash or card and the money we had on hold will be returned to us in 2-3 weeks. The money was refunded in the expected time, but this was very inconvenient and puts you in a tough spot, especially if you are on a budget. So make sure you set double the money aside. Plus remember money for city tax which is now 6eu/person/night (not up to the hotel). Also, I wished the place had a secure place to store our luggage because it was just held at the reception. When the receptionist leaves, there is no one guarding the bags.

Great location near the Spanish steps. Very easy to get to from Termini station. Extremely comfy bed.

Was delayed due to a family emergency and although the room was booked, and paid for, we were told that we had to arrive by the first morning otherwise we would lose the room. Slightly inconsiderate of the situation as we stated we would 100% be arriving, just slightly delayed.

Perfect location in the heart of Rome shopping centre at Via del Corso and also very cosy. Owner (Federico) was super helpful, friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend ❤️

Bathroom was slightly small.

This is the cutest little place on Corso street which is a straight shot to everything. The location is right next to everything you could possible need to enjoy Rome. World class food, sights, activities, and history are all right there.

Road signs are hard to come by or understand. When someone says "Just over there" could 100 foot to 2 miles and be accurate. And showers are way to small for big guys.

The location is amazing its in the middle of Corso street with shopping and dining all around. Piazza de popolo is a few steps away and the spanish steps are withing walking distance. The staff were wonderful it felt like we were talking to our friends and the place is so charming.

The breakfast is not on the same location, its in a cafe just a few steps away but the breakfast was delicious and it was kinda fun to walk to it every morning

The stay was a gift for my friends for their honeymoon, so I wasn’t there myself and don’t know all the details — but from what I heard, the hosts were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make the experience special, preparing lovely surprises and decorating the room with a romantic touch. My friends felt truly welcomed and had a wonderful time — thank you for making their trip so memorable!
