Fantastic accommodation and host. The location is perfect for exploring Rome on foot or by metro. Special mention goes to the shower – probably the best shower and sit-down fountain shower I have experienced during my travels.

Breakfast is offered in the café next to the accommodation, and we hoped for a variety of breakfast selections to start our long day of exploring Rome. We were disappointed by the cafe's restricted voucher options, portion sizes, and, finally, the staff's unpleasant attitude. Had to purchase breakfast for my partner and parents (in their 70s) from alternative cafes throughout Rome due to the restricted options and portion sizes. It was the worst breakfast I have experienced during my travels.

My stay at Laurina 33 was exceptional. The location was very central. Very clean and very comfortable. But the main person to all this is Francesca. She is so helpful, efficient and kind. I had a small accident and she did her utmost to help me . Thanks once again Francesca. I highly recommend this place and will surely revisit. Breakfast was a good start for the day.v

According to the lovely girl who received us, the elevator does not work outside of her working hours (8-16), but we arrived at 10 in the morning and still went up 2 floors on foot. Although she kindly insisted on helping us with the luggage, we still chose a hotel without an elevator. According to her, there are problems with the type of elevator... the shower with scale and a very strong smell of the dampness of the shower room. Although it is very clean, our score drops because of the elevator and the shower. The price does not reflect the value. Too bad

Our stay was wonderful! The location is prime and in heart of the city, Spanish steps is 5min walk, all major attractions are walking distance away, it’s a buzzing street yet private. Francesca and Marco are such warm and amazing host. The breakfast was also good in a small cafe downstairs. Just bathroom needs a new shower, but it’s no biggie. It’s a gem! 💎

Small private property, also quiet. Nice room layout and size. The breakfast served at the cafe downstairs was great! The location was very convenient, close to the main shopping district and walkable to main attractions. Francesca was the best host and made us feel welcome, accommodated any of our needs as well as a happy friendly face we saw each day. Her recommendations were spot on.

A bigger safe would have been more ideal but wasn’t an issue.

Most importantly the staff Francesca and Marco were awesome they went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic!Loved the size of the room, it had a shower and separate soaking tub! The storage was awesome enough to put all your clothes and toiletries away and out of sight. Highly recommend staying here 💕

Lovely, friendly welcome when we arrived, only took minutes to check in and get our room. Accommodation was extremely central. so easy to get to all the sights. we walked everywhere!! Laurina 33 was so clean and spotless, not only our room but the whole building. Breakfast was included, we got tokens to use at the cafe next door. It was perfect too, staff there also very welcoming. fresh food and they had the best coffee and orange juice. we would 100% recommend Laurina 33 and hope to stay again soon!!

Francesca and Marco were really nice! The hotel was simple and very convenient. The location was perfect, 1 min walk from piazza di spagna and piazza del popolo. The breakfast was in the cafe next door. It was nothing special but still it was a descent option offered by the hotel (tip for next time: you should include in one of the breakfast options the sfogliatella instead of the croissant).

We really liked the location, we could go everywhere by foot. Very nice neighbourhood, with lots of restaurants and shops, but the hotel is located in a comfy and quiet street, so you will have your peace. Staff is really great and helpful, always with a smile - Marco and Francesca were fantastic and we also have the nicest words for the cleaning ladies - everything was really clean, they clean everyday. The bed was amazing! Overall, a very nice place to stay - we wish to have the same experience wherever we go in the future.
