Excellent location near great shops and eateries (it is a little bit of a walk to get to the more authentic feeling restaurants - something to keep in mind during summer). The staff were just wonderful & so friendly. Very comfortable and clean room. I would definitely stay again!

The electricity in each room is controlled by a key, meaning the aircon cannot stay on whilst you are out. I understand why this is a feature, but when the weather is so hot it is nice to come back to a cold room. Certainly not a deal breaker!

There were no breakfast at this location but Francesca gave me some very good names for restaurant, the best was 5 minutes walk from the Hotel at Piazza di Popolo, called Rosati, it is a restaurant opened for the last 100 years. The receptionists Francesca and Ilze were there to assist me all the time, so warm and caring, definitely a notch above the others. I could not have asked for better I recommend this place 100%.

A bigger elevator in the building would be nice if you have lots of luggage but I managed very well.

Via del Babuino where Babuino Palace&Suites is, runs between Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna. This area is full of nice restaurants, bars, shops, and within an easy walking distance to Galleria Borghese and Museo Nazionale Etrusco di Villa Giulia. We arrived out of the reception hours, but the instructions sent to us beforehand were very clear. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were staying over the Valentine’s Day, and a mini bottle of Prosecco and chocolate on the tray covered with red rose petals was left for us in the room on the day. What a nice lovely treat!

Taxi driver from the airport had a bit of a difficulty to find the place. It was evening, the front door of the building was closed.

Location was very nice, their crew was very nice and accommodating, the room had a god size, and it was beautifully decorated, very clean and the bed was comfortable

The only thing is that it’s hard to reach for private vehicles due to the ZTL (traffic limited area) so you have to ensure you can be dropped off or picked up. The elevator is very tiny and there are very inconvenient wooden doors that make it hard to access with luggage, but it’s something petite

Deluxe room is lovely from all points of view: nice design, excellent size, comfortable bed, very clean, windows towards the street. Location is unbeatable, close to Piazza del Populo and Piazza di Spagna, a stone's throw (or a very lovely walk away) from everything else. The staff has been amazingly supportive and friendly.

Such a central location - close to the Flaminio metro station, Borghese Gardens (Villa Borghese) and the Spanish steps! The room was sparkling clean, AC was very effective (important in the summer months!) and reception staff were super friendly and helpful! There is an elevator to go up to the property, but do note that it's on the smaller side. Would definitely rebook for my next trip to Rome!

Impeccable experience! Communication prior to checking in was great, the room was spotless and very comfortable, we received great recommendations from our host for restaurants, and after checking out they helped with the luggage. Location is second to none - close to everything you'd want to see in Rome and we shall definitely return here. They couldn't have done a better job!

Well located on a designer shopping street, working walking distance of the trevi fountain, piazzas and other tourist attractions (Vatican museum is about 35 minutes walk and colosseum 35 minutes walk but you can also get taxis or electric scooters quite easily). It was clean, modern and pretty easy to access without much contact with staff eg. Thorough instructions provided on how to access the room when I arrived in the evening. Lovely villa that is directly accessible from a nice street.

No breakfast included and no other hotel facilities, but good if you only want a room and will mostly be out and about

- The People at the reception are so friendly! - The Hotel is located perfectly, we walked everywhere. It has so many nice Restaurants immediately outside the Hotel. Was Amazing. - Really beautiful and charming Hotel. - We will defenetly come back we loved our stay so much.

Loved our stay at Babuino. Location closed to 2 metro stations, clean room, good shower, comfy bed, good priced mini bar and even an elevator 😊 You can leave your luggage at reception on the day you leave, wich was more then handy for us as we had an evening flight. I was looking long and hard for accomodation in Rome, read all the reviews and I am happy with my choice, definately coming back to stay here again😊
