Location was perfect, I would say, in the heart of Rome, very close to all the nice places, galleries, restaurants. The staff was very friendly, trying to fix all the problems we were facing (water not drainig from the shower, etc.). We however appreciate the willingness to make our stay as good as possible (we got wine for example).

We got room that was in the opposite building and had nothing to do with pictures from Booking (and luxury). Bed was damaged, bed linens looked terrible. The first room we got was very smelly and I had a feeling it’s for smokers (was very dirty as well, I suggest to wash courtains from time to time).

The location of this accommodation is the best part! It's very close to Piazza dei Popoli (2 minutes), Piazza di Spagna (10 minutes), and all other landmarks in the center of Rome. We walked everywhere, there was no need to use public transport. The accommodation was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and nothing was missing (they replenished coffee and water daily). We had an iron, a hairdryer, towels, a refrigerator, and a safe.

It should be kept in mind that the room is very small, so those who are bothered by that should avoid this accommodation. Also, I feel that this place may not be suitable for people with dust mite allergies, as my allergy worsened during my stay. I have no other complaints.

Location is awesome, quite place, very close to a metro, which was used by us everyday. A lot of breakfast spots nearby and iconic attractions as well. Room is very clean and the best thing is that cleaning was done everyday and all towels were replaced everyday as well.

Bed is a bit small for a big couple, first night was a bit hard to get a comfortable sleep. There are also a lack of power sockets, we had to switch off side lights in order to charge our gadgets. Overall it was not a disadvantage, rather a slight discomfort, which could be ignored for a value that was brought by the accommodation

Very central location. Was travelling with a friend and had booked a two bedroom room but unfortunately our booking was messed up and they only had a one bedroom room. Although not great, they kindly provided a second double room instead at their sister accommodation in Trastevere where I stayed (my friend staying at Margutta) and personally enjoyed this location better (although not as central). Both great places to stay though in character properties.

The room’s forniture is definitely recent though not brand new. The bathroom was rather spacious. The new toilet paper tool was provided with a nice pressure seal. The window opens on the nice and picturesque street underneath.

The room wasn’t too clean. There was a thick layer of dust under the bed and under the bed-tables, which I had to clean myself in order to reach the plug to charge my phone.

The property is really really beautiful and I will definitely rebook it on my future trip to Rome. Very spacious room and chic interior. Location is amazing as well.

I don’t give 5 stars review only because I didn’t have the chance to meet anybody from the staff, not even hear from them for a communication for WiFi or touristic info about the city. Dental Kit was missing despite was offered some vanity kit. Hair dryer was missing as well. I would suggest the staff to be more accurate with the guests and the quality of the service, it would be always much appreciated to be present and make sure the guests are having a great time.

Loved the upscale location and its close proximity to the long avenues of shops. The street is very nice and peaceful. The off-site staff were super friendly & helpful. Our modern bedroom with 2 queen beds had two showers and sinks. FYI - After you enter the code and it buzzes, push the door.

Water pressure was weak WiFi connection was not fast Room was small, but so are many places in Rome.

Would definitely recommend! I am the fussiest traveller and analyse all reviews before I book anything but this property is great value for money. Clean property, comfortable, had all you need in the rooms. Air conditioning present. Prime location! Walking distance to all main attractions. Closest attraction- Spanish steps - 5 minute walk Furthest attraction - Vatican - 30 minute walk Colosseum - 30 minutes

Nothing - Everything was great

The apartment was stylish and comfortable. It was located near the spanish steps and has all the best stores and restaurants located right downstairs. The host let us hold our luggage in the apartment and take it upstairs

Lots of stairs. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so if you have a lot of heavy luggage the place isnt ideal for you. The first night the wifi didnt work but early next morning they were out to fix it for us.

Location is superb for experienced Rome visitors or for traveler wishing quiet, fashionable neighborhood. some major sights a bit of distance and easily accessible with use of metro, taxi and urban walkers. Darwin and Micheal who tend to property are wonderfully helpful and pleasant. Bathroom with deceptive space, nice towels and Aqua di Parma soap. Many enjoyable, intimate, quality dining spots close by if not interested in trophy dining.

Price to value ratio. May have been surge price due to BNL Italian Open and Bruce Springsteen concert in town.
