Very nice location, clean rooms and a very nice rooftop, something that was imporant when booking in Rome. We didn't need our room to be cleaned on the first night and the small chocolate as a "thank you" was also nice. The bathroom was very good and comfortable and the same goes for the beds

I will not deduct points for this, but I really cannot understand why the city tax cant be included on the final price. Being asked for extra money and for some reason only on cash was kind of weird. Dont say it's wrong, just not the way Im used to do it. Also beware for the entrance, it's easy to miss it, if it comes to that just call the hotel.

I enjoyed everything in this place. First i would like to thank Giulia and Alan for the warm welcoming, availability and kindness during our stay. We had a great time, the room was perfect and what we needed. They have very good prices for the minibar also. The terrace on the rooftop is an oasis in the city center, we spent some nice time here, you have also the possibility to get a coffee for free during the day. The location is in the city center on via del Babuino at a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo. We traveled e few times in Rome and this was the place we enjoyed most and for sure we will come back for more days. We definily recommend it! Thanks Giulia for making our stay special!

Amazing accommodation for this price - located in the heart of Rome, luxury district full of boutiques. View of Rome from terrace really great. Staff very friendly, communicative, and nice - we were able to check in before the official check in time, and departure day we left our suitcases there for the whole day without any problem. Very good amenities in the room.

After 30000 steps per day 3rd floor without lift was a bit of challenge, but the view was worth it 🙂

The location was perfect being near to Spanish Steps. We stayed for the wekend for the rugby and easy to walk to the stadium with planty of cafes and bars nearby or en route. We had a Junior Suite on 4th floor which was very clean and comfortable. Arrived late (after midnight) but I had made staff aware of arrival time after booking and they arranged a self check in with entry details and room location so that there was no late check in fee. Remainder of check in process conducted in morning. Couldn't fault the place of staff.

Outside doesn't look anything special but don't be put off. If you can't walk up stairs, its probably not for you but it's a minor thing.

We booked a junior suite very spacious clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable , air com and WIFI were working very well . We did not take advantage of this but TV had Netflix and Amazon prime . The hotel is situated within 5 - 10 minutes walk of the Spanish Steps . Lots of great tavernas and bars in the nearby streets as well as a supermarket open late. You do need to tell of arrival time as there is no 24hr reception but that was not a problem. Staff were very friendly and helpful in booking transfer from the Airport. The roof patio is great for relaxing in the evening.

Only minus is there is no lift ! so bit of hard work getting up the stairs ( we were on the top floor ) after walking miles visiting this beautiful city !

Very clean, very comfortable, very centrally located. Lifts than five minutes to the Spanish steps, and the Spagna metro. Very safe neighborhood, quiet at night.

My room was on the fourth floor of a walk up. After a long day walking through the city, coming home to four flights of stairs was a bummer.

I had a wonderful stay at Piazza di Spagna Comfort Rooms. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable experience. My room was spotless, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The hotel is also located in a fantastic area, making it easy to explore all the main attractions in Rome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay in the city!

Location excellent, helpful staff, clean room, good bathroom size. It was amazing to be near everything in the center of the city. Nice terrace too, great view.

There is no lift, we were ok as we have light luggage and we stay on the first floor but someone with heavy luggage and top room may struggle. The staff is very helpful though.

Like everyone the stairs, but it's normal being in Europe 🇪🇺 Maybe a heads up in the facility section of the booking app. Mostly for people with back problems and similar bone issues.

Room was clean, the location of the place is central to most landmarks and the roof terrace is great

We were woken up 2 nights early hours from new guests arriving and the road outside gets very noisy
