We loved the fact that it is very central, in such a beautiful street, with a very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very decent, with tasty food and fresh barley off snacks too choose from. The decoration was very nice and the room was very comfy, clean and beautiful. The bathroom was also very good and clean. Perfect hotel for those who wants to explore the city on foot. It's near everywhere. We will definitely visit again. We really loved it.

I was scared a bit with the old lift (but it suits the general ambience of the historical area and building, and nothing bad really happened). Our room was next to the reception, which was not effectively soundproofing and it was a bit difficult in the night or morning that we could hear everything while we wanted to sleep. But try to choose another room. Do not miss this hotel due to that.

The breakfast was great with lovely fresh fruit salad and wonderful home made yoghurt! We paid for a superior room and the first one was rather smaller than we had expected. However the staff were very helpful and we were able to move to a different superior room which was considerably larger and with a larger bathroom too. The hotel is that is in a very old and beautiful building and we loved the decor. But the rooms are therefore not uniform in size or shape. The hotel is in a great position, very near the Spanish Steps and therefore also the nearby famous fountains etc as well as many well known shops. And the Metro works well from the Spanish Steps to various locations.

We were slightly taken aback by the fact that the reception is on the third floor but ultimately this wasn't a problem.

Everything was lovely. Room cosy, bathroom great! The breakfast area was charming and staff so so polite and smiling. All in all a wonderful stay in a truly unbeatable location right near everything! Happy New year!

We found the room a tad small for 8 nights, but that was our choice so now we know for next time - but for a shorter stay it would be perfect. However, it was good value for money! Some plant based milk, yogurts at breakfast would be welcome. If ever sachets of instant porridge were there, that would be good too. But thank you for the variety and nice cakes and very friendly staff.

Very nice hotel close to Spanish steps and piazza di Popolo. Cozy room that had everything we needed and with good air conditioning which was crucial after a long day walking in the city. Breakfast was very good with freshly prepared pastries and fruits besides the usual eggs, ham, etc. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile.

I was expecting a bigger room as shown on the pictures. The description did say it was 13 m2 but still I felt misled. Another thing I did not like was that the pillows were too high. This of course is my personal experience - it may be perfect for other visitors.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, 7 minutes from the metro station Spagna, and within walking distance of the historic center of Rome. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. Among others, Dalila saved us a lot of trouble and time when she timely informed us about a railway strike, Andrea from the reception prepared for us two times early breakfast so we could see more of Rome, and Roberta not only served a rich breakfast but was always friendly to offer us meals we like. When in Rome, we would be happy to return and recommend the hotel to everyone.

This hotel was one of the very best I've ever stayed in, in different countries. Perfectly located in the heart of Rome, a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps Fountain, on a beautiful pedestrian street. Easy access to the underground (Metro). Recently renovated, the whole premises are so beautiful. Very quiet. Big and comfortable room, all sparkling clean. All the staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. For breakfast there was a great variety of everything and everything was fresh and very tasty. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. This hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel was in a goof location near the Spanish steps and lots of restaurants. The room we stayed in was very small but the bed was decent in comfort. The breakfast was your normal continental breakfast. Not quite as many selections as some hotels I have stayed at but overall not bad. The coffee selection was good and made for you as you enjoyed your breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for exploring the area. Everything was well prepared and thoughtfully arranged, which made us feel at home from the very first moment. Our host, Dalilala, was absolutely amazing – warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Her kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly special. We’re so grateful for her hospitality and would happily return again. Highly recommended!

What a gorgeous little Hotel, sitting elegantly (and very proudly) on one of the prettiest streets in glorious Roma. The rooms are styled with wonderful antique furniture and the walls are lined in rich fabric wallpaper! You’d swear you were in a Roman mini Castle The breakfast was utterly superb. Staff were all very very nice (for example!!) my room looked out onto a courtyard and I felt a little glum, but before I knew it BOOM! A new room, with a view plus some chocolates!

Position was fantastic - quiet street but a step away from the main shopping and eating strips! The property was gorgeous - small boutique hotel with all the necessary amenities. Loved the lift, walking up the stairs - historical building. Roberta at breakfast was exceptional - the variety of food and drinks was fantastic. She was friendly, smiling all the time - nothing was too much to ask!
