A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Rome, just steps from the Spanish Steps and Metro. The suite was beautifully appointed, great breakfast included and staff were very attentive!

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect!

The location is perfect, right in the centre of Rome. You can go everywhere by walk. All restaurants, supermarkets, metro, ice cream shops are around within 5 minutes walk. It has an amazing view of the Spanish step. The apartment is very clean, with enough space for our family of four, bigger than most of the hotel rooms. They have a pantry with tea, coffee, and sweet treats. The staff is very friendly and helpful.We are really happy with our stay and we will be back.

The only small thing that could improve is the single bed, if it is a sofa bed which we can open to a double bed then there will be more space to sleep for a family of four like us.

Everything about this property was great - staff were lovely and communicated well. The room we stayed in was very nice and big. Absolutely fantastic location right near the Spanish Steps.

Only very small thing was that we didn’t realise that the check in is at a different location so when we were dropped off we had a slight panic attack. Thankfully we had the WhatsApp number and after a quick phone call we realised it was 50 metres away it was fine. After travelling for 20 hours we just wanted to get into our room so it was a slight delay.

The location was very central, just 50 meters from Spanish Steps and Via Condotti. Metro station just outside the apartment. The room was very spacious with one bathroom and an additional separate toilet. There is a separate common area where there is a microwave, kettle, espresso machine, plates , cutlery and a sink. Lite breakfast provided for free (cakes, toast, jam). The staff were super helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was good in a restaurant 50 meters from the hotel.

Only one set of keys was available. Safe deposit box was small.

This Hotel is in an excellent location. It is right on teh Piazza D'spagna, and near lots of shops and restaurants. They have recently put in doiuble glazed windows and so teh noise is not asn issue as some previous reviews have stated. The room was very spacious and there was a well stocked kitchen are outside with tea cofee and snacks. Would defintely stay here again. Only complaint was that the check in was late and they made very littel effort to hurry it up.

Second bed is not a bed and it was veeeery uncomfortable

This property has six rooms on the third floor of Babuino 107. We had a large corner room overlooking Piazza Spagna. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the room had a little minibar. Outside the rooms there is a lounge with coffee, tea, and packaged snacks, and a couch area, so it's good for groups with more than one room to meet up. Our rate included a full hot breakfast at a nearby restaurant, we were happy with that.

No complaints

The location nothing better than it ,also the room was nice even the out side of the room there is small kitchen with a setting era you can have a cafe and small snack , the staff in the reception where so friendly and nice , the breakfast was good it was not far from the place .

I was worry about the idea that the reception will be in another building , but it was not a problem at all , the tow building was so close and you will get any thing you need ,

Room design and safety

Its nice over all but its very commercial place as i asked them to order Taxi like I use to do with other hotels but unfortunately they kept saying after one minute it will arrive but it didn’t and I had a flight delay and after all that they took extra charge from me for them besides what I paid for the Taxi, “as the Taxi driver said”
