A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Rome, just steps from the Spanish Steps and Metro. The suite was beautifully appointed, great breakfast included and staff were very attentive!

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect!

The location is perfect, right in the centre of Rome. You can go everywhere by walk. All restaurants, supermarkets, metro, ice cream shops are around within 5 minutes walk. It has an amazing view of the Spanish step. The apartment is very clean, with enough space for our family of four, bigger than most of the hotel rooms. They have a pantry with tea, coffee, and sweet treats. The staff is very friendly and helpful.We are really happy with our stay and we will be back.

The only small thing that could improve is the single bed, if it is a sofa bed which we can open to a double bed then there will be more space to sleep for a family of four like us.

The location was very central, just 50 meters from Spanish Steps and Via Condotti. Metro station just outside the apartment. The room was very spacious with one bathroom and an additional separate toilet. There is a separate common area where there is a microwave, kettle, espresso machine, plates , cutlery and a sink. Lite breakfast provided for free (cakes, toast, jam). The staff were super helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was good in a restaurant 50 meters from the hotel.

Only one set of keys was available. Safe deposit box was small.

Second bed is not a bed and it was veeeery uncomfortable

This property has six rooms on the third floor of Babuino 107. We had a large corner room overlooking Piazza Spagna. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the room had a little minibar. Outside the rooms there is a lounge with coffee, tea, and packaged snacks, and a couch area, so it's good for groups with more than one room to meet up. Our rate included a full hot breakfast at a nearby restaurant, we were happy with that.

Location is excellent.. near an amazing shopping area. Very safe with lots of excellent restaurants are around. The rooms are very clean and staff are friendly. Few rooms have nice view over the piazza of the Spanish steps but others in the side alley. Concierge is available and answer on WhatsApp very quickly. Helped with couple of reservations and recommendations as well Breakfast is average but good food.

Concierge in another building but very responsive

The location nothing better than it ,also the room was nice even the out side of the room there is small kitchen with a setting era you can have a cafe and small snack , the staff in the reception where so friendly and nice , the breakfast was good it was not far from the place .

I was worry about the idea that the reception will be in another building , but it was not a problem at all , the tow building was so close and you will get any thing you need ,

Amazing location and very nice room and the bathrooms are excellent, also they have a very nice small lounge area where you can take small snacks and coffee.

When we arrived, the taxi dropped us at the location of the apartment as what is stated in booking where it was raining at that time, but the reception was located in another building and we didn't know where. just make sure you have the address of the reception so you can do proper check in and get your keys then you can head to your apartment which is in walking distance away

Our room was over looking piazza di spagna which made it even more exceptional! Room spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a common area prior going into rooms equipped with coffee/tea making, fridge and free snacks.

Our tv had its volume fixed on vol15 which was not audible - Breakfast is done through coupon at a nearby restaurant which was very limited to egg lovers !!! Happened not to be one!
