Beautiful room in the centre of Rome, right next to the Spanish steps and all the designer shops. You can walk to most of the main attractions from here and there are lots of bars and restaurants near by (and tobacco shop) The rooms are within an apartment building on the 4th floor with an elevator. Very quiet and peaceful. We had a beautiful room with a balcony and a nice view. Big comfortable bed. Very large nice shower and clean bathroom. (Hairdryer, toiletries, Netflix etc , tea, coffee machine and a fridge) The hosts were wonderful, very helpful and friendly and even left me a bottle of Prosecco as it was my birthday :) - thank you so much We were able to leave our bags after check out - the staff are not always on site and there are codes to enter the building which was all very hassle free. We would 100% stay here again and enjoyed our stay.

The property is located within steps of Piazza Italia, and all the best name brand stores, and all different kinds of eateries. The entrance to the building is secure and the elevator is a beautiful antique. The room was cozy with an extraordinary balcony, small but beautiful with magnificent views.

All hotels we ever booked had a 24 hour reception, so when we arrived and realized that this wasn’t the case we were upset. However, Pia, the manager reassured us that they were only a phone call away. She and a young man were present often attending to the needs of the guest. After a day or 2 we saw things in a new light and everything worked out well.

The location cannot be better! Right next to the Spanish Steps. It took us maximally 10 min to get to Trevi, Teatro dell‘Opera 20 min. The best restaurants and the boutique shops are around! Just perfect!

It was very clean and tastefully equipped. Three lockers with the security codes before you get to your room. Pia was so nice and helpful! No words can describe how thankful we are!

First of all the location is perfect with the Spanish steps a two minute walk out of the door & plenty of restaurants & shops around. We stayed in a beautiful, clean suite with a balcony overlooking San Carlo al corso & the bustling streets of Rome. The rooms were lovely with modern decor, comfortable beds & amenities throughout; including a hairdryer, tea & coffee station, rainfall shower, slippers, Wi-Fi & Netflix (which was a very welcomed addition when the weather was particularly bad) & many many more. I cannot say enough good words about the host Pia, she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Pia made sure to send us all the relevant information we would need for the duration of our stay via text before our arrival - making our late night arrival & check in super easy and relaxed! Pia & her team were an absolute god send when I unfortunately fell ill, going out of their way to offer recommendations of local takeaway restaurants & even popping out to grab me some supplies. Thank you so much to Pia & her team for their outstanding service! We will definitely be coming back again & highly recommended this beautiful little gem in the heart of Rome! ❤️

I really liked the fact that it was close to everything and it was a walking distance to a lot of restaurants and cafes. It was also very quite. We were next to the Spanish stairs so I thought it would be very noise once we were in the room but no very very quite. Pia the owner was also amazing. Very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp.

The WiFi wasn’t the best in some areas of the room. It kept going in and out.

This was a fantastic apartment, with a super comfortable bed and pillows and a great bathroom. The little balcony off the bedroom was lovely. The location was perfect. The staff were helpful and responsive to any requests. Check-in also went well, and we were able to store our luggage after checkout time. A great experience.

The lift was very small and old but seemed to work well.

They gave us coupons for the breakfast at a near cafe and it was delicious. The location is great. In two steps you are at the Spanish Steps. Vey close to shopping areas and the cafes and restaurants we wanted to go such as Nino. Had no problem in reaching out to the places we wanted to go.

The beds. The beds were so hard and it was uncomforable to sleep on unfortunately.

The was an amazing find!!! The location couldn’t be more perfect!! Just steps from the Spanish steps. Around all the great shopping! Chanel is literally right outside the front door of the building. It feels safe. Our room is modern, beautiful, comfortable, great size, with a big TV that has Netflix! It has a full mirror, which matters to us ladies. The bathroom is very clean and gleaming!!! The shower was amazing. The a/c works great!!!! Cools really fast!!! The bed is most comfortable!!! We have been to Venice, monteriggioni, panzano, florence, and by far this is the most comfortable accommodation. Pia, our host, she is aaahhhmazing!!!! Communicated very clearly before our arrival, detailed instructions, she responds to all my questions timely, she is soo nice and very accommodating! She is truly a star!!!! Everything went sooo smoothly with our check in, check out and everything in between!!! I would come back here! 100%!!!! And would recommend this to everyone!!!!

The hallway could be noisy. We had a night where there was a bit of commotion , and it was late at night, probably past midnight…

Location was good The rooms looked good Pia was lovely Rooms were tidied everyday and fresh towels.

I didn’t like the fact that the actual place wasn’t explained properly, 4 rooms in a section of a building. No real concierge I didn’t like the fact that breakfast included meant going down the street to eat The shower wasn’t great as it flooded the bathroom The toilet flush always got stuck

We loved the excellent location! The balcony with the magnificent view! Beds and a luxurious shower! PIA was great, and was at our disposal for anything and everything

The rooms are not 100% soundproof and it would be nice if there was an ice machine. But really, all of this is negligible in relation to the location, the size of the room and the other things
