Perfect location, 2 minutes from the Spanish steps and the Métro. The room was just as described, very clean and comfortable. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us, absolutely lovely. When they found out we would be out before breakfast on both days, they put bread, butter, juices, ham, cheese and milk in the room (there is a fridge). Tea and coffee was available at all time.

Nothing, it was just perfect for our needs.

Fantastic location if you’re there for all the touristy sites, furthest you’ll have to go is a 20 minute drive (assuming you want to do the Vatican). You walk outside and can see the Spanish Steps, plenty of restaurants and breakfast spots nearby. Everything was clean and well kept, tv worked perfectly and great wifi connection.

Sounds of cleaning from the hallway in earlyish hours of the morning, sound from people upstairs ( I understand there’s not much the owner can do about this, but something to consider).

We stayed in the apartment. This apartment was very spacious and cozy. Everything was available that you needed. I can recommend this accommodation very highly. The location is also perfect. Walking distance from the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. We did a lot on foot, but you can easily take the subway or there is a line of official cabs within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed.

To be honest, I did have a strange feeling the first time we went to the breakfast room. Going up the stairs, it smelled a bit musty, of course you do have this with older buildings. But when we went inside, it was a totally different world. Everything was clean, stylish and there was definitely no smell. It was a small space to have breakfast but this made it cozy and pleasant to start the day quietly. idea: some more aroma sticks on the stairs. appartement: Freshen up walls with a lick of paint.

Location is perfect and our room faced the main street. The staff are great and very welcoming. Nice breakfast was provided every day and the coffee, very nice. The shower was huge and bathroom in general is a good size. The room is narrow and long, which gave us plenty of room. Bed was comfortable and ample room for clothing. Loved it

Anyone reading this section, do not let it put you off booking. Unfortunately, the review asks what you like first, but places this part first. This is typical of Italy, though, steps up to the main entrance. Also, Have to walk through a narrow corridor. The corridor does have a musty smell about it. This is not something that would stop me booking this place, but could do with looking at, as the smell is the very first thing anyone will experience, so first thought is OMG, what have we booked,, which is not actually the case.

The location was just incredible! Right next to Spanish steps in what felt was a safe area. Lots of wonderful restaurants to choose from. Room had great air conditioning which was very much appreciated given the heatwave outside! Arnoldo was so very helpful. Breakfast was simple but all you needed. The coffee was available 24/7 and was wonderful.

Some very small things - door to bathroom didn’t quite shut right, slightly musty smell on entry (so if you are sensitive to such things, this might not be the place for you) but we were very happy.

The best part of this hotel is superrrr friendly and helpful personal specially, Sid (If I spell his name correctly). Other big advantage of it is best location it has, which makes it easier and faster to get anywhere you want.

There were some small problems like lack of noise isolation and brightness of room (just our room not our mates) which was completely ignorable in comparison with mentioned advantages

Lovely place right in the centre of Rome, few steps from main attractions. It’s not really a hotel but a floor of apartments in the block. Very cosy and personal. Seems safe and quite relaxing despite the central location. Staff were super friendly and very attentive with breakfast, check in etc. We were able to leave bags after check out and we also checked in quite late which wasn’t a problem. Place was also spotless and nicely decorated. We stayed in room 2 which was spacious, had smart TV and large bathroom.

I liked everything. It was a good value for money.

The street signage is very discreet; accessing it for the first time is a bit complicated via code; there is no elevator; the hallway in the common area of the building has a musty smell.
