I found the staff at the Condotti Palace Hotel quite accommodating. After finding ants in the bathroom on the 1st night of our arrival . They work quite quickly , in trying to solve the issue. We were most please the next morning , when they suggested to change our room.

I didn’t like the idea that there wasn’t a breakfast room on the premises of the hotel , and we had to physically leave the area where our room was ! And walk around the corner to the hotel lobby, which was in another building from we sleep, to get coupons to have breakfast at a near by restaurant.

The location is closed to restaurants, shops and Spanish Steps. The service was amazing. A day prior to our arrival, they contacted us to check if we need a transportation from the station to the hotel. Then when we arrived, my husband found out that the shower was a bit slippery for him, they send someone to check and the next day they provided a new anti slip mat for him. The size of the room was great and the bathroom was the biggest we had during our trip in Europe. We definitely recommend this hotel and will be back next time.

Bed sheets was not replaced daily… The towels was changed daily and the cleaning services was efficient and exceptional.

Way nicer than I expected it to be, I will definitely recommend this hotel it as a central base. You often pay way over the odds in Rome and the hotels can be a million miles away from how they appear in photos or description so i was prepared for the same here, but was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Smallish room but nicely presented, good sized bathroom, clean and great location. The breakfast was great, 18 euros pp may sound a lot but it was a good standard in a nice setting, not a buffet but all freshly prepared to order with lots of choice. Location is perfect with some great bars and restaurants directly outside. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The walls were quite thin, we could hear next doors children in the morning.

This place was a really great place! Great location! Minutes to Spagna station (5 minute walk). GREAT shopping from local boutiques to high end shopping like Chanel, Pucci, D&G, etc. And fabulous restaurants under the hotel. Watch out for Romeo gelato which is underneath the hotel. They are a scam! Read the Google reviews before going. There are other gelato places next door that are MUCH better. Also the worker at the souvenir shop across was super nice to my mom!

The temperature control didn’t work. I had to sleep with my doors open, but at night there were times when it got noisy.

The location is very close to Spanish steps. The area is very vibrant with many restaurants near by. We booked the connecting room and was pleasantly surprised that one room has a full terrace.

The breakfast has limited options.

We loved this hotel. I cannot say enough about the staff, from the bellman to the desk staff, but especially Victor, Alessandra and Eduardo. They were so helpful, pleasant and welcoming. The location was outstanding: great restaurants and shops were right outside our door. Good gelato nearby, as well. One of our rooms (104) had a small balcony. Just as a secret little bonus, check out the optical illusion wallpaper in the rooms. I will enthusiastically recommend The Hotel Condotti to friends. Everything was excellent

Room too hot, unable to set the temperature right. Thin walls, you can hear everything (neighbours, hallway).

Our experience at Condotti Palace was wonderful in every single way. A fantastic room, well furnished and quiet. The staff is welcoming and very helpful, willing to make you feel the most comfortable. In terms of location, it is perhaps the most vital, as the majority of attractions are within walking distance. An area with perfect aesthetics and very safe. We are deeply grateful and will definitely visit again.
