We stayed at Crossing Condotti to celebrate a milestone birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The location can’t be beat, just minutes away from the Spanish Steps and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and iconic sights. The hotel itself is elegant and peaceful, with beautifully restored rooms that blend antique charm with modern comfort. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service, especially from Gérald. He went above and beyond to make the celebration extra special, and it was so appreciated. We felt completely safe, cared for, and at home from the moment we arrived. If you're looking for a luxurious, intimate place to stay in the heart of Rome, look no further than Crossing Condotti. Everything was perfect! There wasn’t a thing we didn’t like!

We loved Everything. Its location, walking distance to all famous sights. Two minutes to the Spanish steps, restaurants on your doorstep. Gerald greeting you at the door with a big welcome and being so helpful all throughout our two day stay. The beautiful decor and smell throughout the corridors. The taffeta curtains and high ceilings. A fully stocked fridge with beer, waters and a selection of soft drinks which is replenished each day. Gorgeous cookies. Locctaine products. A shower that you do not want to leave. It’s a very busy area but the windows are nearly completely soundproof. Crossing Condotti is an oasis of calm behind the green door in a very busy city.

We liked absolutely everything. I can’t imagine a nicer place in this busy city with a better welcome.

Crossing Condoti is not a hotel, more like a Bed & Breakfast, but without any food options. It was extremely well situated. Near shopping, restaurants, the Spanish steps, so practical. Our room was clean, comfortable, but on the small size. There is no restaurant in this establishment, however there is a coffee counter for the guests to use, as well as a self serve fridge with water, pops and beers, at no extra cost. The person at the check in desk, was very helpful, ordering taxis and providing restaurant recommendations. However, as of 6 pm, there is no one at the desk and guests have to use a key to enter the flat. Which was not an issue for us.

This was our second stay at this property and it was absolutely perfect on both occasions. Staff were polite, professional, helpful and extremely professional. Their amenities bottled water, juice, coffee, pastries, muffins, teas, coffee all complimentary! Location is the best in rome for sightseeing, food, entertainment, shopping ect ect. They even organised a free upgrade and a bottle of lovely red wine on arrival!!!This is the best accomodation and we cannot wait to return a third time!!!!

Location near the Spanish Steps is ideal for shopping and eating (both cafe and fine dining). Major historic sites (forum, Vatican etc) are a taxi ride while other well-known places (Trevi, Piazza del Popolo e.g.) are an easy walk. The property is small but comfortable. Bathrooms are a good size and there is storage for the bedroom. The room is spotless and serviced daily. Day manager Gerald was most obliging and a source of useful information.

Natural lighting was limited but of no consequence for travellers out sightseeing during the day. - there was plenty of artificial light.

You could not ask for a more comfortable and well located hotel in Rome. It was our second stay at Crossing Condotti and we loved it just as much as last time. Everything is a short stroll from the hotel. The Spanish Steps, The Trevi Fountain, high end fashion shops, abundant restaurant choices. Including Pastificio which is a wonderful low cost take away Pasta shop around the corner. At 4 Euro 50 per serve (there is one Veg and One Meat option) it's fantastic for hangry "bottomless pit" teens. Crossing Condotti's Manager GERALD (said with a French Accent because he's French and I'm a Luddite who can't find the key for the dot on top) was a stand out. He is so helpful and kind. My (slightly demanding) son asked if the room had a "milk frother" to which the answer was, "Regrettably No." Within 30 minutes one magically appeared in our room. Truly Superb Service!

We loved that it was so convenient to some of the beautiful areas to visit in Rome. just a few minutes walk to Spanish steps, a little further to Medici palace and Borghese gardens, pantheon, galleria Pamphlji (which is lovely and not on the tourist list so not busy), Trevi Fountain, shops and more. Our room was lovely and access to early morning coffee in the little kitchen was appreciated. Both Gerald and Tomasso were very kind and helpful, ensuring all our bookings were confirmed and recommending some great places to dine. Ditirambo restaurant and Dilla restaurant in particular we did enjoy. Despite being on a busy corner of two streets, the rooms were incredibly quiet with windows shut - and I am a light sleeper! Great a/c in the room if needed. Good breakfast cafes very close by.

Location is amazing so central & close to the best restaurants, cafes , bars shopping & the main sights . The guest house is discreet, elegant & beautifully decorated, Gerald was welcoming & very helpful with bookings & recommendations for us to improve our visit , our room had a kitchenette which was well stocked with complementary, drink’s & nespresso coffee machine which made our mornings very relaxing.

Crossing Condotti was great on all counts! Staff was always there and helpful with everything. Totally accommodating. Room was large and clean. Lots of drinks and goodies in refrigerator. Perfect location. We highly recommend and will return anytime we are in Rome and recommend to friends.

We expected the hotel to be more spacious, but its size did not affect the quality of our stay. Thoughtful details throughout and the proximity of great restaurants and sites made for a wonderful stay.
