Small thing but would have liked some milk in fridge. It’s a city requirement but city tax is high and make sure you pay before checking out. Checking in is done on line using WhatsApp .. need to have internet. Once booked in Internet is available and very good. Few kms from Termini station so would recommend catching taxi from airport which is set price for 2 people one piece luggage each.

Separate secure entrance, room quiet & comfortable and bathroom clean. Easy check in. Good location near Spanish Steps, eateries and the Metro. Ten-minute walk to the closest Hop On, Hop Off bus stop. Accommodated our luggage after check out so that we could continue to sightsee before our flight home.

Accommodation on 4th floor and lift was not working at times during our stay. Breakfast a little basic - packet toast and no creamer for tea/coffee.

The room was beautiful, perfect size for 2, and the bed was very comfortable. I love to stay in the Spagna area when in Rome. It is close enough to everything, conveniently located near a metro station, and far enough away from the Trevi Fountain crowds and noise levels. There are ample restaurants for all meal types (b/l/d) and budgets in the area. Shopping is easy and right outside the door. Spagna area is simply a delight to stay in.

The location was so great and the staff was very helpful and polite. The room was large and functional. There were many nice details in the room like having an espresso machine, having music in the shower, having wine glasses...

There was no headboard on the bed because it was a foldable bed base. I would like a bed with a headboard.

The location is perfect. Wifi worked well. Check-in was easy. Very, very, very clean and staff was very kind to be sure that everything was right for our arrive.

The main problem that I found was that the description of the place led me to think that it was a hotel, but it wasn't. Anyway, keep in mind that it is more like a room from a great house than a Hotel with 24/7 reception.

Location excellent - Spanish steps at the end on the street, as was the Metro. Walkable to most sights. Very clean, housekeeping each day, air con, great shower.

Did ask if the room had a window at the time of booking and told yes - but there was only a hopper window above the door. Initially v disappointed but room didn’t feel claustrophobic and positives outweighed this.

Location was fantastic. Excellent facilities, very safe and Daniela the property manager was able to speak English very well which was extremely helpful for us.

Nothing negative to say about the property, it would have helped if we had google maps to follow and a phone to use to ring Daniela when we arrived but some lovely Italian men on another floor rang for us.

The place was well situated at a great location, close to a metro station, a number of shops, and Spanish stairs. Lots of places to eat within close proximity. Also, main items (Trevi, Colosseum, Pantheon, etc) are within short walking distance. The staff was helpful and completely took into account any wishes we’ve had. The room had a wardrobe with sufficient hangers, a carpet so it wasn’t cold to walk barefoot, slippers, fridge always restaffed with bottles of water, all hygienic kit (incl tooth brushes and toothpaste). There was a towel warmer.

Our room had no window - we were informed up front about it therefore we had chance to cancel and rebook other places. However, for longer stays would suggest to give it a thought because one should sleep with AC on or with room doors open (little privacy) to get enough fresh air through the night. Also the breakfast are a little light - cookies, some cupcakes, yogurt, coffee/tea.

Excellent location and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Rome was a beautiful city with so much to explore, and Rhona's Rooms was the perfect place to compliment Rome. The staff answered so many of my questions and helped us get to, and from, the Metro/Roma Termini with a step by step guide. The room was clean, cozy, and in a superb location. Just a short walk to many of the main attractions. In some instances, taking a cab only yielded a few minutes less than walking, so we opted to walk and soak in the views. Would certainly stay here again. What a great way to wrap up our Honeymoon! The breakfast was a delicious option, too.

Everything was fine People should note these rooms are unstaffed ( not a hotel ) but perfectly ok
