I liked the location near hermès and all luxury brands The decorations returned me decades back it was a piece of art The stuff are so friendly and concerned the concierge was perfect and fast They refund my wrong booking with a big smile ❤️ They gave me an upgrade for the room They put a welcome chocolate for me Ask for room 218 it was great

They didnt put a dental care in the bathroom which is strange for a 5 star hotel I didnt like the food the breakfast was so limit and i didnt like the egg i ordered or the pasta or the soup all not good

The property is more of a boutique hotel than large property. It is immaculately clean and the staff go above and beyond with service and level of professionalism. The rooms are relatively small but are very well furnished and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent.

The addition of all the “service charges” on the final bill. We do not expect to pay to have housekeeping visit the room. I have a huge personal dislike to pre added service charges and feel they should be at discretion of the guest for excellent service.

Brekfast was great. Maybe a bit more variety when it comes to eggs would be good.

Some minor details in the room were broken, e.g., one of the reading lamp screws was loose, and it almost came off when I adjusted the light. Same in the bathroom, one of the bath-towel holder´s screws was loose. Otherwise, all good.

We’ve been staying at this hotel for some sixty years and lately it was getting a little “worn out” so to have it refurbished was a nice surprise. Bed sheets, towels and amenities of very good quality as usual. Reception staff, Valério in particular, very nice and professional. And, of course, the location is exceptional.

A beautiful intimate hotel superbly located near the Spanish Steps in Rome. Newly renovated and very unique with an amazing team of staff! Nothing is too much trouble to give you a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Although the cosy bar is a delightful experience the bistro is quite average. However, the hotel is located within a few steps of hundreds of different cafes and restaurants

Our rooms were lovely. Just renovated, so they were pristine. Good amenities in the room and very clean, quiet. No view as our room overlooked the inside quadrangle of the building which was covered in scaffolding for ongoing renovations. Breakfast was okay. We've stayed at the Hotel before and remember the breakfast being better - more choice, but it was still very good. At checkin my husband and I were upgraded to a little larger room which is always very nice.

Service was really slow. I think there might be a shortage of serving staff. We had drinks on the outside patio when we checked in. Staff was slow to serve us and slow to bring us another round of drinks too. We had to go looking for someone.

Beautifully renovated new rooms and marble bathrooms. Superb veranda overlooking the Roman rooftops, perfect for breakfast. Amazing friendly staff, attentive to every detail and able to anticipate every single need. Best location, the only hotel situated inside the designer district, seconds from every major boutique. Food was delicious.

Everything was absolutely perfect, especially the service and stuff.

We absolutely loved this hotel and cannot wait to return! The staff, service and location were beyong our expectations~

The location is fantastic—close to the Spanish steps so it is convenient to get to attractions and amazing shopping, but also tucked away so it is quiet. The rooftop terrace was AMAZING and only wish we didn’t just discover it on the last night
