Loved the location and the room decoration. Everything was perfect. It 's a brand new hotel.

Hotel was in a superb location and staff were really friendly. Room was of a high quality and in a perfect location to walk to all of the main attractions.

Everything was great. Location was absolutely perfect. Two streets over from the Spanish steps. Walking distance to everything shopping and food wise. Only 15-20mins walk to the colosseum stones throw from spagna train station. Staff were polite and welcoming. Room was kept super clean and refreshed everyday. Quite a cosy and decorative room with modern appeal. Very spacious.

City central so does get noisey at night. Doesn’t have climate control only has winter and summer settings. They charged me twice for the accommodation but sorted it out straight away cancelled the charge.

I booked the hotel at the last minute, and I'm so glad I did! I was comparing it with another option, but I'm thrilled that I changed my mind and chose this one instead. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect - it's right in the middle of the shopping street and just a short walk from the Spanish Steps, which was incredibly convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they even upgraded two of our rooms, which was a huge relief since I was traveling with kids. We loved everything about the hotel - the location, the vibe, and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

There were a couple of tiny issues , a small leak in the bathroom roof and some occasional noise from the vacuum cleaning , but these were minor and didn't detract from our overall experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very close to the Spanish Steps and the metro. The surrounding streets are lively and very safe until late hours. There are restaurants in the area where you can find delicious food. You can also have a drink afterwards and indulge yourself in Italian evenings. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They made us feel special. The room was spacious enough and very clean. It was meticulously prepared every day. The bathroom was very clean. The bathroom products were of very high quality. The breakfast made a great start to the day. There were 3 types of breakfast: Italian, International and Healthy, and they were all delicious.

What a great hotel! It exceeded my expectations. The room was lovely, extremely clean, a great size (Photos online don't do it justice) and a safe space. It was in a great location and walking distance to all the main attractions. We would definitely come back again and be recommending this hotel to our friends and family in Australia.

There is nothing we didn't love. However, an observation is that for the hotel to go from a 4 Star to a 5 Star, it will need additional amenities such as a pool. Otherwise, the rooms are at a 5 Start standard.

There were no staff present when I arrived to check-in - this was a bit off-putting. Fortunately I had had a WhatsApp message from the hotel earlier that day so could contact them and they responded quickly and came over No bar or restaurant Expensive for what is offered

An incredibly beautiful hotel with perfect design, down to the smallest details. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room with a gorgeous balcony – it was such a treat. The location is perfect, right by the Spanish Steps, giving easy access to all the main spots in Rome. Alessandra, the hotel manager, is simply a gem – she took care of every detail and helped us extend our stay at a fair rate when we needed an extra night due to a delayed flight. It’s not a cheap hotel, but every moment there was worth the investment.

The size of the room is not the biggest in the world but it’s normal as it’s in the central of Rome. But the room is very nice and modern I’ll recommend it 100%. Also what I didn’t like is that they don’t have reception on the other location as they have two locations in the same road. The taxi has dropped us on the first one and our room was on the other where the reception is. But we had to wait on the other branch as we didn’t know that they have two locations.

The hotel was exceptionally located as it was close to the centre and within walking distance to just about all the main attractions and stores. The hotel was also extremely clean with new facilities. The rooms were on the smaller side but the space was used very effectively. The staff were excellent in particular Ana and Ayra, they were very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable.

The minor negatives would be the lack of a full sized elevator, no 24/7 reception desk, and the cleaning staff that leaves pretty early in the day so you will have to get room service early in the day. But still these things didn’t really impact our stay and were outweighed by all the positives mentioned.
