The location of this adorable little hotel is right by the Spanish Steps in Rome, around all of the amazing shopping and restaurants / cafes in that area. Our room also had a large jacuzzi tub that was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very nice. We would potentially stay here again. NOTE: the staff are only on site for a few hours per day and they speak only Spanish and Italian.

The owner / manager was not communicative at all on Booking.Com and the staff are only on site for a few hours each day. We needed a baby bed, we called and messaged the property multiple times through the Booking.Com application but it took them three days to respond. In fact, they did not answer any of our phone calls, return any of our phone calls and by the time they did respond it was the day / morning that we were checking out.

Location is great, less than 10 minutes away from Spanish steps. Very central. Aircon good. Restaurants below but it was still pretty quiet upstairs which is good. Supermarket is less than 5 minute walk. Not regular reception but whatsapp messaging is very responsive.

I didn't like the edges of the bed, there were protruding wood which served no function except take up space. The sink was outside, so the layout is a little strange. Wish also that there was an option to change the beddings after 3 nights? We were there for a week...

Lovely clean and tidy room with shower, sink, and separate toilet and bidet. Right in the centre and a few minute walk from the spannish piazza and a few extra to the metro or bus stop. 10 minutes to the trevi fountain. 20/30 minute walk to most other tourist spots e.g. colosseo, vatican, etc.

Maybe the only thing was that there was no shower curtain. This means the other person in the room can see everything. Bed was very squeaky every time you turned.

We left the hotel at 7 AM. We've returned to Turkey. Despite a few minor issues, we were generally very satisfied. We will definitely recommend you to our friends in Turkey who are considering a trip to Rome. Thank you. Also, the lady who took care of our room and us had a very sweet dog. the location was great and we had some lovely restaurants outside our apartment. the bed and shower were lovely. all very well spaced despite being a compact room.

the communication to the owners wasn’t great. we couldn’t access our apartment for 50 minutes as we didn’t know you had to pull the door towards you before unlocking (we don’t need to do that in england) they also told us to get keys number 3 when we actually needed number 2. we also got trapped in the lift of the apartment building for about 15 minutes and couldn’t get immediate contact to them but didn’t manage to get out with the help of some other guests. there was no reception desk which caused a lot of the delay in communication.

The location is perfect. It is in a quiet area, very important to me. It is near a train station as well. I loved the fact that the room felt spacious. And I love the sauna in my own room. It was clean and everything I needed was there.

Only one thing, the bed was making sound when I moved.

Trying to be simple and pragmatic: - The location is really favourable. Near the main spots of Rome as well as the shops, grocery shops, and restaurants. It enables you to walk rather than having to resort to transportation to reach the main sightseeing spots of Rome. e.g. 5 min away from Spanish steps, 7 min away from Pantheon. Close to Via del Corso. - The hotel offered slippers, bidet and personal products for the guests. Tea and water were also included.

With some reservations: Although the hotel has a quite clean, bright and new structure, the whole building itself is old. Therefore, this would be the only downside I would bring to the attention, even thought it has not impacted my stay.

The arrangement of the room is a small bit tricky example the shower comes straight out to the bedroom separate from the toilet

Room was nice, location was exceptional, we would walk everywhere, and even walked back from Vatican City within about 30 minutes

A bit annoying not having a hand towel. Only saw a staff member once prior to leaving, but I think maybe that’s cause it was a weekend? But wasn’t sure if I wanted to leave my bags there, as not sure if we could get back in later in the day

The bed was so comfortable and I loved how close it was to everything.

The way to initially get into the flat felt like solving a puzzle lol. Had to figure out which key unlocked which door and the elevator is as old as the coliseum I think haha
