Staff, location, the room was clean and spacious for the size. Staff were helpful and friendly; location was excellent, you could walk around the city comfortably avoiding taxi drivers who took advantage of tourists! Coffee machine and cookies. The public areas were very tasteful and nice.

Smokers outside my room in the inner courtyard which was quite nice, but people smoking made it impossible to have window opened. Closet smelled of stale cigarettes

We were absolutely delighted with our stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to all the major sights in Rome – we were able to walk everywhere. The room was spotless, quiet, and located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. We especially appreciated the high-quality toiletries in the bathroom, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. The 24-hour coffee corner was also a lovely surprise – perfect for a coffee at any time of day. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose it again.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. All major attractions were within a 5-minute walking distance, and the hotel was located just next to a street filled with luxury brand stores. We felt completely safe at all times, both during the day and at night. We encountered a minor issue with our room, but it was resolved promptly—within just 15 minutes of notifying the reception. The staff were exceptionally attentive, helpful, and solution-oriented. They responded to all our questions quickly and professionally, both before our arrival and during our stay. The room size and facilities were also excellent, providing a very comfortable experience. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the small courtyard at the hotel entrance—enjoying a cup of coffee there was truly delightful.

Perhaps the cleanliness could have been slightly better. Additionally, the attic rooms might not be the best choice for those with allergies or sensitivity to heat. However, the hotel staff made every effort to resolve any issue as quickly as possible, which we really appreciated.

Room was clean, spacious and decorated nicely and had Netflix on TV. Right in lovely part of Rome, right next to designer shops and short walk from Spanish steps, pantheon and trevi. They provided coffee and pastries for breakfast to help yourself, although you had to get in there early as not many left by 9am.

The shower leaked so you ended up with huge puddle on the floor. Not the hotels fault, but there was building works right outside which started drilling at 6:00am, also a cafe underneath which was very popular in the morning, so little noisy. But you are in the middle of the city, so is to be expected.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable -5-7 min. Walk to all "must "sites in Rome , small street from Via del Corso, we stayed there during the Easter so it was very busy and plenty of people but the hotel was quite at night. The staff was friendly, especially Georgio, always happy to help - thank you ! The room is basic but clean , good beds , good towels, good water stream in the shower. Coffee and croissants in the morning were very nice to have.

Some furniture in the room would be good to renovate , just for the general impression . Some more light would be useful .The noise from the room upstairs, when the kid started to jump and run at 6:30 a.m was very unpleasant, so may be the isolation between the rooms should be better. Also you have about 20 stairs to climb up to the reception area ( and then you have a lift for upper floor) - for us it wasn't an issue but might be taken in consideration for the people with disabilities or seniors .

Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The hotel is in a great location, and they offer free croissants, coffee, and juice in the morning. I wish we had gotten the room from the pictures, then the rating would be maximum. As it is, knowing they had to scramble to find a room, and we got one in the attic, it slightly diminishes the experience for me. Still, I would recommend it.

We had an issue with the reservation. They said it was canceled, but it wasn't. After being told there were no more rooms, they still found one on the top floor, in the attic. It was dark and the decor didn't match the pictures.

Great location right in the middle of everything, the room was very basic although we took the superior room but for the price it was worth the money and also we were celebrating a birthday and they put balloons and it was really nice

The cleaner of the room was eating of the stuff we left in the room when we weren’t there

Modern and clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. We had a family room which was super comfortable, spacious and quiet. Location is perfect!

At certain points, the water was warm-hot, but never super hot. Also one thing to consider is that there are stairs to get to the reception.

Good comfort and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Large family room. They stored luggage bedore check-out and when we returned, the luggages are inside the room. Very good free Coffee. Perfect location.

Not problem for me, but take are that have a long stair (without lift) tô arrive in the reception.

Paolo, Giorgio, Juan and all the staff at Hotel Vite made our trip a truly special experience. The room was very comfortable. Its a small hotel in the middle of everything. They have the best cafe downstairs- very nice and great croissants. In all, me and my daughtee Mariana are extremely grateful to everybody in the hotel for making us feel so welcomed and being so affectionate and helpful.
