Moira (the receptionist) is the best plus of the property. She always greeted us with a huge smile , positive attitude and ready to help with all the issues you can have. The rooms are spacious and clean , the sound isolation is quite good so when you close your window you can relax without any noise from the streets . The mattress of the bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and modern . There is free WiFi and all of the most important sightseeing places are within walking distance from the hotel . There is daily room service. There is a smart TV in the room and a small refrigerator. Totally recommend this place

Perfect location, room was very clean and nice. Very comfy bed, modern bathroom with amazing shower. Check in was super easy with Moira contacting the day before with all relevant details. It was a secure building with an entry code, very easy to use. Moira was amazing, great personality and you can tell she really cares for her guests staying at her hotel. Very welcoming smile and very friendly when greeting you every day. Room was cleaned daily with new bed sheets and towels. Would highly recommend this hotel to all our friends and family and we will definitely be back to this lovely hotel.

Location was the main reason to stay there and it is in the center of everything. It is located on a pedestrian with a lot of shops and cafes. The room was overlooking at the pedestrian but it was quiet. While the weather was cold, the room was very warm without using the air condition. The best was Moera that was there everyday to welcome us with her big smile and her positive energy. The last day she called for a taxi for us and she even came with us downstairs to wait and make sure we will go to our destination with safe. Thank you so much Moera.

The room is very nice and with high ceilings. The bed is big but a bit hard for my taste. Other than that, nothing. Everything went nice and easy.

I had a great stay at Down Town Boutique Hotel in Rome. The room was beautiful, well worth the deluxe option, and offered excellent value for the price. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk from shops and the Trevi Fountain, making it perfect for exploring the city. Moira was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a well-priced, stylish, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Rome, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!

We arrived late and have to check-in after hours. The staff was very understanding and accommodating. They provided as much information to check-in smoothly online. The room was so clean and comfortable. Completed with snacks and coffee machine. We spoke to Moira (one of the stff) to ask if we could leave our luggage after we check-out as we still have time to walk around Rome before our flight. She had no problem with it. When we were leaving the other staff helped us carry our luggage downstairs. This hotel is highly recommended. The staffs are friendly and gave us the best customet service experience. This is very close to restaurants, and shops and walking distance to Spanish steps and Trevoli fountain.

The location of the hotel was great. We could come back and rest in the middle of the day. The room was clean and big. It was cleaned everyday. Moira from the reception was really kind and helpful. The structure is in the best position to visit Rome. It is not necessary to use public transport to visit the city's attractions. The area is full of bars, restaurants and shops. The rooms have enough space and are very clean. Check inn is very easy. Moira, the girl at the reception, is very professional, educated, and attentive to everything that the clients need. Thank you! I would return to this structure with great pleasure.

Absolutely 10 out of 10. The room was very spacious, the bathroom very big and the bed so comfortable. The location is great, within walking distance to every attraction. Moira at the reception was a delight, helped us with everything we needed and prepared our room for check in since 12:30. Would come back here for sure next time Im in Rome
