The location was amazing, the host was even more amazing. The whole experience was superb. The host helped us bring our bags up even without us asking for it, and there were like 8 luggage. The host was friendly and forgiving. My daughter broke a glass and all he said was NOT TO WORRY, IT IS FINE. I offered to pay for it, but he refused. NOT even a frown, unlike some places I have been. My family truly appreciate his hospitality. The location was fantastic. If you want to shop, this is the hotel to go! Luxury shops and tourist spots are very close, it is walking distance and it is safe. Thank you Stefano!!!

Loved everything about it. Very spacious, super quiet, the hosts very friendly and responsive. It was very clean, beautifully designed, well-equipped. Lots of hangers, free minibar, great choice of teas and coffee.

There was no “didn’t likes”, just little things to improve upon: better pillows and a full-length mirror. Also, one or two things (wallpaper and chest of drawers) looking just slightly dated, but not a dealbreaker. Would be good to have the little milk sachets for your English guests. Maybe installing a water thing in reception for guests to help themselves with a refillable bottle.

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy apartment in Rome! The location on Via Frattina is simply perfect, it is right in the heart of the city's best shopping district, with amazing boutiques, cafés, and restaurants just steps away. It’s also within walking distance of many iconic landmarks, making it an excellent base for exploring Rome. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt right at home. A big plus was the smooth and friendly communication with the host Stefano, making check-in and the entire stay hassle-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish and well-located stay in Rome!

Clean, comfortable beds, and quiet. All you need for a couple days in Rome. Easy access to the Spagna metro.

Host weren’t great communicators. Due to a flight delay we didn’t make it for the first night of our 3 night reservation. I asked both the hosts individually about a refund and they said they’d speak to one another about it. I never heard anything back from either. That’s fine, I understand that was a big ask. Then we were sent a link for the Rome city tax for 3 days, I asked if that could reflect only the 2 days we actually spent in Rome. Never heard back.

Location is brilliant. Close to Spanish Steps and walking distance to Colloseum, Vatical, etc Stefano was so helpful when we arrived, and gave us lots of information. Our room was fab and the mini bar had complimentary refreshments and prosecco in it which was a lovely surprise! We were able to leave our luggage at the accommodation and picked it up later before we got the train to the coast. That meant we could spend some extra time exploring Rome.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to offer recommendations and make sure we had everything we needed. We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. Would 100% stay here again next time we’re in Rome!

The accommodation had everything we needed for a good vacation time in Rome. It was easy to get to, it's clean and comfortable, the host is amazing and always helpful, the location is hard to beat, you can comfortably walk to a lot of Rome's biggest attractions and some, like the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps are even just a few blocks away

Nothing significant really. if I had to nitpick - the bathtub was not extremely comfortable to use, but it's not a big problem.

Stefano was a great guy, he was nice and helped us to find a good restaurants and nice places to visit. The location was great and close to the famous places that you have to visit in rome. Only the thing that I didn’t like is the room was small and no closet ( only a few hangers), and there is no strongbox in the room to keep your passport or stuff.

The place is amazing! A bath!!! It is like in the movies! Comfortable bed, small nice balcony, light, charming decor and furniture with character. Amazing place to stay in Rome! And it is in the middle of everything! Also the property provide a bootle of champaign, beer, coca cola, and water. Coffee machine is inside the room, a lot of different crackers, chocolate, tea and coffee. I was impressed! Hosts are the best! They are kind, supportive, polite and always here to help. It was a great pleasure to meet them.

The light in the bathroom didn’t work 🤷‍♀️ But I used floor lamp and it didn’t bothered me. Hard to find the place to eat after 23 pm. )
