Location was amazing. It was 1 minute walk from Spanish Steps and in the hearth of the best shopping streets in Rome. Metro station was next to the Spanish steps ie. very close to the residence and many attractions are at the walking distance from the Residence. We walked to fontana di Trevi, Colosseum, Panthenon, Piazza Navona and Piazza del popolo. We stayed at quadruple room and it was excellent. It was clean, we had a room service every day - changing sheets, towels, bringing snaks etc. Also, the staff was amazing, they were available 24/7 via whatsapp and literally aranged everything we need or provided explanations. In the room we had a hair dryer, shampoos etc.

I liked everything :) it was the best value for money.

Very quiet, clean, comfortable bed, nice shower with very good water pressure and Sufficient hot water. Also good location which was very important as well. I would definitly stay here again on my next trip to Rome .☺️

View could have been nicer…. Also, I usually request extra pillows, I forgot to and since there is no agent on property after hours…. I didn’t not like that there wasn’t an agent on property after hours. We almost ran out of toilet paper and had to wait for the next morning to request more.

Staff very helpful indeed. There was a safe area to store luggage on day of check out, which was very useful. Lovely lounge area to relax in.

The compressor for the air conditioning unit was situated next to the bed, and this was noisy. However we spoke with staff & were moved to another room to sleep. So very grateful for the fast response to rectify the situation.

Perfect location, spanish steps 2 min, shops, cafes, via corso.. Amazing design of room and main hall, furniture.... Very clean and comfortable Coffee machine in room and fridge, every day you have capsules for coffee machine, water and snacks...even 4☆ hotels don't have such) You can take umbrella if you need

A bit noise room because main street view, but for me even better, I like so A bit could be some problems with check in, no reception, you received cod for main door in what's app and can find the keys for room by yourself inside For me was not a problem, but for someone could be...you have yo know English or Italian A problem was with shower cabin door, it works not ok ( The elevator works only to 3rd floor, after you have to go down by foot with bags, because rooms on 2 floor

Daily cleaning and changing of linen. Excellent location in city centre. Despite having no Reception the building there was always someone accessible on WhatsApp. There is a coffee machine and snacks that are free and replenished daily in the room.

Cell tower reception was not great so my phone did not always have signal.

It was weird at first to communicate via WhatsApp and never see any staff member, as well as the treasure hunt for the keycard and room, but overall the response to any question was quick and kind. Location was superb, right in the midst of everything, yet not on such a busy street like the ones nearby. Place always smelled nice, and the room was clean. Didn't expect for water, coffee and some snacks to be refilled daily, so that was nice as well.

If I want to nitpick, the mattress was a bit stiff, and the shower box was super small and somewhat hard to get into. Also the noise made by some inconsiderable guests from the halls/stairways couldn't be ignored.

The location is excellent, safe and at the same time lively street. Our small room was recentle renovated, the bathroom was really nice, we loved our balcony window. The coffee maker saved our mornings. The cleaning staff was professional and worked with a warm tone of voice. The lobby = art exhibition.

The stairs from the street to the rooms may at first sight seem a bit worrying, especially if you arrive later in the evening, when it is dark. But once you are in the building, everything is great. In the daylight, the stairs are charming.

Location: Awsome - right in the center. 1 minute from the Spanish steps. 3 minutes from Via Del Corso. 10 minutes from the Pantheon - everthying is really near. Staff & Cleanliness: We contacted the hotel before our arrival and got quick and helpfull responses. Since there is no reception so the only staff met is the cleaning service guys who were really nice, helpfull, cleaned very good, changed the sheets and towels, new expresso capsules and croissants every day. Facilities: No breakfast but not needed, coffee houses, bars and bakery all around the hotel. Air condition: works great.

1. The elevator didn't go up the third floor 2 nights in a row (when we tried to go to our room. ordering it from the 3rd floor did work). 2. The wifi didn't work for 2 nights in a row guess some technical issues that happens to all.

We booked a room at this hotel at a short notice since another hotel had goofed up our booking. The staff was available via phone and WhatsApp and were very prompt in their responses. They even upgraded us. The location is ideal. Very close to the Spanish steps. The room was very comfortable with air-conditioning and extra beds. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for sure.
