The room is located in the heart of Spagne, minutes walking distance from all major sites. lots of bars, restaurants and cafes around. Entry to the room was very easy per directions provided. we arrived at 3AM and entered without any problem. appartment was spacious enough for 3 guests. hallway has a coffee machine and small kitchenette. daily cleaning services. Helpful team accesible via whatsapp.

our room was facing the Vite street and it was somewhat noisy, also in early monring when the trucks arrive, so sleeping with the window open was a challenge. if closing the window the noise is reduced.

The room was very new although it's in an old building. Spacious and clean. The location is excellent as it is practically on the Via del Corso and near everything in Rome. The area has a lot of shops and restaurants. That's all you need in Rome. A good location and a comfortable room!

The price was a bit higher than expected for the service. It is an apartment after all and not a hotel (no reception, no breakfast). A tad cheaper would make it a perfect choice. Considering the price of breakfast in restaurants as well... The neighborhood can get a little noisy at night but nothing that will keep you awake. As said the building is old so there is no lift. The apartment is on the first floor though with few steps. We had no issue with that but some people may have so it's good to know.

Everything was perfect. Location in the heart of Rome. Easy access, excellent communication with the owner. Left our luggage 2 extra hours, very convenient. Bathroom and communal kitchen were excellent. Keep in mind to have a fork or spoon with you. The double bed was huge and super super comfortable. Wifi perfect. Perfect temperature in the room, windows sealed well. The room was xleaned every day and they also offered us bottles of water every day.

The single bed was a sofa with a poor matress. This is something most hotels offer and are not at all comfortable. It is always an issue who will be the "lucky" one to sleep there! The TV had signal issues, so we could not watch, but this was a minor issue for us.

Very nice room with everything nicely renovated. Very clean and comfortable. Building is a classic Roman style so it has some authenticity. Entrance is very easy with pin code. Shared kitchen space has all essentials. Right across the building is an Italian bar which has very nice espresso and breakfast options. 50 meters to the left and you are right in the middle of Via del Corso, the main shopping street of Rome. Mid September is still really hot in Rome but the A/C was working perfectly fine.

Shower is separate and outside the bathroom. It does not have frosted glass. If you are not a couple, taking a shower lacks privacy.

Fantastic location a few minutes' walk from the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps. The apartments are in a quiet smaller street, we didn't notice any hustle and bustle. The room (triple) was spacious, with a comfortable bed, sofa, and big bathroom. The option to make coffee or tea in the communal kitchen. Communication with the staff ahead of time was excellent, with everything being sorted out before arrival.

The bathroom is not in perfect condition (walls, tile joints etc.), but all clean, with plenty of very good quality toiletries and towels.

Wow what a fantastic place. We booked here last min as the other place we were staying in was unbearable in the summer heat. So we decided to move hotels and don't regret it one bit. This is an apartment type hotel finished to a high standard with great luxury touches like slippers,bottles of water and prosecco. We also loved the original flooring. Out in the hallway only shared by two rooms there is a nice coffee machine and kettle with a selection of teas and coffee pods and a seating area. The air-conditioning was top notch as was the bathroom. There was a mini fridge and safe in the room and the coded system at all entries felt really safe. The staff were contactable and really helpful before and throughout our stay. The location is perfect. Right in the centre of everything trevi fountain and Spanish steps just a couple of mins walk away and most other attractions just a short walk.

This is the best place to stay when visiting Rome! I was a bit concerned when reading some of the reviews, and now I can tell that nothing of the negative comments is true! The room is cleaned every day, including changing sheets and towels, heating works great, in front of the building is a great cafe where locals come and where you can have the best coffee and breakfast and the prices are great too! The beds are very comfortable, someone says it was loud during the night, but we didn't hear anything, maybe cause its winter, but it was very nice for sleeping. Communication with owners was also very easy and they did everything to make us feel good and comfortable. So my conclusion is - this was my third time in Rome, and from now on I found my place to stay when I come back there!!!!

Very comfortable and clean room, daily refreshed water and the small bottle of sparkling wine was a nice touch.

Change between shower head and handheld shower hose kept getting stuck in the wall needing something to pry it out to use the shower head, but a small problem.

It's in a great location, tucked in a buzzing area and within minutes walk from most of the landmarks: Spanish Steps, Villa de Medici, Villa Borghese, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, etc. Right across are two lovely cafes: Bar della Vite and Bar Gambero that offer authentic Italian breakfast and coffee.

The property could have been more anticipatory with communicating ahead and sharing the check-in and check-out procedures. I had to initiate the conversations and it took a while for them to answer back and point the necessary.
