The room was clean and they have a daily housekeeping service. The location is great next everything and safe. the woman was working in the front office was kind and helpful.

I don’t like the entrance for the hotel. the elevator was old, small and has bad smell. the desk help closes at 3 pm. no-one helps you to carry the bag and you need to take it from stairs ( because the elevator takes you to 4th floor and you have take the stairs to the 3rd floor which Antica resident located and even for check out too i had to take my luggage by myself from the stairs to the elevator.

We stayed in a suite and everything was perfect. The room is in Italian style, quite large, I was amazed by the bathroom, large with two showers, everything is clean, beautiful and with style! excellent location, 5 minutes to the Trevi Fountain, half an hour to the Colosseum on foot, this is very important for us. It was comfortable to sleep, not noisy, and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel staff is also wonderful

Excellent location , Federica is so attentive with information on where to eat where to drink and anything at all you might need.Beautiful and clean room with the most comfortable bed and pillows!

Nothing of great importance to be honest.Tv could be a smart one or international cable but you're in Rome you can do without television.Also if you have long hair bring your own hair dryer as the one in the bathroom is ancient and not powerful at all.Overall a great stay and highly recommended!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Please note that their front desk is not open 24/7 so its important to let them know when you plan to arrive. She was there waiting for us when we arrived. She was super friendly and welcoming and, since it was our first time in Rome, she gave us a map with a full overview of our location as well as recommendations of places to eat and sites to see and other tips. She also provided us with her personal number that we could call or text in case we had any questions or needed to get ahold of her. The location of the hotel was very convenient as we were able to walk nearly everywhere. Although the hotel was close to everything, the area its in is very quiet and did not have a problem with hearing other guests in the hotel either.

The shower is rather small. Just something to keep in mind for those that may need extra space. The hotel is also on the 3rd floor and there is only one very small elevator for the building. Although it gets you close, there is still a set of stairs that people have to walk up to get to the rooms. Something to keep in mind for folks that might have trouble with stairs.

The staff was very helpful, the location was excellent, the room was comfortable, very clean and beautiful.

I was surprised that the elevator didn’t stop at the floor of the rooms, but up half a floor. So it is not suitable for people with leg disability.

The room was clean, spaciuos, very cosy. Even more comfortamble than I expected. AC worked well, for 40+ heat was perfect. Location in the very city center, could reach major sightseeing places by foot. I stayed in different accomodations in Rome, this would defenitely recommend as top! The personnel was very friendly, thanks for wonderful stay.

Federica, who runs the rooms, was extremely helpful. We arrived late, after the reception had closed , yet she provided us with a clear video, sent on What's App, which gave us peace of mind and on arrival, easy entry. She had also been kind enough to provide a map, left on the bed, hand marked with various bars and restaurants nearby. The bathroom was well appointed and beautifully decorated. I had chosen to have a superior room as it was our wedding anniversary but, seeing the other rooms, when the cleaner was working, made me realise they were all attractive. It is in a perfect location for the “ best “of shopping… the newly renovated Galeria Alberto Sordi is nearby, which has an excellent restaurant in it, Stenendal, proving some more unusual dishes, try the venison carpaccio. Trivi Fountain and Spanish steps extremely close if you have those points on your list of things to do. I liked the fact that you could foray out then return to the room easily to dump stuff or relax for half an hour away from people.

Hotel was beautiful in very good location close to popular tourism places, main shopping street. We barely needed to use taxi as everything was walkable distance. Hotel was very clean. Federica was amazing! Very friendly and helpful! Room was spacious. Even tho hotel is located in the busy area. It was quiet enough to sleep in night time. It very nice of them to send you videos how to get in the hotel as reception does not work 24/7. But they do provide you with all necessary information. Also, you can leave your luggage's after check out what was very handy as our flight was in the night time.

Stylish hotel, extra clean on a perfect location! In sophisticatedly decorated rooms you will find everything you need. Cleanliness is on a high level. Stuff is more than helpful and very professional, especially Federica. Located on the corner which is in the middle of Via del Corso street, it gives you a short walks to the main attractions. I traveled with a group and we all have a very pleasant stay. For every recommendation!

Was a great base for exploring the city, Federica was lovely and helpful. Was close to everything and perfect for a solo traveler who doesn’t like hostels

One thing I would say is the bed was a bit short as a 5ft 10” man my feet were just on the edge. ( not and issue for me as I was on my own so could spread out). But be aware if you are tall or like lots of leg room.
